The PENGARUH RESISTED SLED TRAINING DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BEBAN 5 KILOGRAM TERHADAP KECEPATAN REAKSI PADA PEMAIN SEPAKBOLA MUDA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan Resisted Sled menggunakan beban 5 kg terhadap peningkatan kecepatan reaksi pemain sepakbola muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan pre-test dan post-test pada kelompok pemain sepakbola muda yang berjumlah 15 orang. Program latihan dilakukan selama 6 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan tiga kali per minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai memperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,001 < 0,05. bahwa Resisted Sled Training berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan reaksi pemain. Resisted Sled Training (RST) merupakan metode yang efektif untuk meningkatkan performa sprint, terutama pada fase akselerasi awal. Penelitian sebelumnya telah membuktikan bahwa berlari sprint sambil menarik kereta luncur seberat 5 kg pada jarak 10 meter dan 20 meter selama 8 minggu dapat meningkatkan kecepatan lari dan performa akselerasi. Pengaruh latihan resisted sled menggunakan beban 5 kilogram memberikan pengaruh yang efektif dan baik terhadap peningkatan kecepatan reaksi pemain sepakbola muda. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil posttest yang semakin meningkat.
