Abstract

Latihan modifikasi X-drill dengan dribbling merupakan latihan X-drill yang di modifikasi dengan menambahkan dribbling pada pola dan serangkaian gerak latihannya yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan komponen fisik khususnya kelincahan dan sekaligus meningkatkan teknik dribbling dalam sepakbola. Pada penerapannya, latihan ini menggunakan model latihan HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) dan penggunaan prinsip latihan progresif dalam penambahan beban latihan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh latihan modifikasi X-drill dengan dribbling terhadap kelincahan dan keterampilan dribbling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain SSB Bojonegoro Putra KU 13-15 yang berjumlah 18 pemain. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Illinois Agility Test dan Tes Zakky Dribbling Soccer Measurement (ZDSM). Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0.05, uji prasyarat yang digunakan adalah uji Shapiro-Wilk. Berdasarkan hasil uji Paired Sample T-Test pada variabel kelincahan didapatkan nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada kelincahan dan pada variabel keterampilan dribbling didapatkan nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan dribbling. melalui latihan modifikasi X-drill dengan dribbling adanya pengaruh peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap kelincahan dan keterampilan dribbling sepakbola
