EVALUASI KEBIASAAN TIDUR ATLET REMAJA TERHADAP PERFORMA FISIK PASCA PERTANDINGAN

Tidur merupakan proses pemulihan yang penting bagi para atlet yang mendukung performa atletik, terutama pada fase pasca kompetisi. Di antara tujuannya, penelitian ini berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk mengevaluasi efek dari kualitas dan kebiasaan tidur terhadap performa fisik, terutama dalam hal kelincahan dan kekuatan lengan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Responden penelitian ini adalah atlet remaja berusia 14 hingga 16 tahun yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui ASBQ (Athlete Sleep Behaviour Questionnaire) dan PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) sebagai pengukur kebiasaan dan kualitas tidur, serta tes fisik Illinois Agility Run dan Standing Throw Medicine Ball untuk mengukur kelincahan dan power lengan. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji korelasi Pearson, dan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 63,6% atlet memiliki kebiasaan tidur yang buruk (skor ASBQ ≥42) dan 45,5% mengalami kualitas tidur yang rendah (PSQI>5). Terdapat korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur (PSQI) dan kelincahan (R2 = 0.382; p = 0.002), tetapi tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan power lengan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kebiasaan tidur yang buruk mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja kelincahan. Saran yang diberikan meliputi intervensi kebersihan tidur(Sleep Hygiene) oleh pelatih dan perluasan sampel penelitian.
