The title of the research is "The Effect of a Combination of Small-Sided Games and Speed Endurance Training on Fatigue Levels, Stress Levels, Sleep Quality and DOMS". The study aims to examine the effect of a combination of small-sided games and speed endurance training on fatigue levels, stress levels, sleep quality, and delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) in football players at the sports club of the State University of Surabaya (UNESA). The research method used is a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research will be conducted at UNESA from March to June 2023. The population is all male football players at the UNESA sports club, with a sample of 20 players selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection instruments used are the Hooper Index for fatigue, stress, sleep quality, and DOMS. Data analysis will use the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study are that the combination of small-sided games and speed endurance training can reduce fatigue levels, stress levels, and DOMS, as well as improve sleep quality in football players at the UNESA sports club.
