ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN KONDISI FISIK ATLET FUTSAL PUSLATDA JATIM PADA PON XX PAPUA 2020 DAN PON XXI ACEH-SUMUT 2024

Abstract

Futsal adalah sebuah cabang olahraga dengan intensitas tinggi yang memerlukan performa fisik yang sangat
baik, khususnya dalam aspek kecepatan, daya ledak, dan ketahanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah
untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan profil kondisi fisik atlet futsal PUSLATDA Jawa Timur yang
dipersiapkan untuk PON XX Papua 2020 (Tim 2020) dan PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024 (Tim 2024). Dengan
menggunakan metode deskriptif komparatif dalam pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji data sekunder
dari 33 atlet (13 atlet dari Tim 2020 dan 20 atlet dari Tim 2024). Enam elemen fisik utama dan 14
item pengujian dianalisis berdasarkan standar dari KONI Jawa Timur. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Tim
2020 lebih unggul dalam hal kecepatan (Sprint 20m) dan kelincahan (Illinois Agility). Di sisi lain, Tim 2024
menunjukkan perkembangan dalam kekuatan (Chin Up) dan aspek kelenturan tertentu. Namun, kedua
tim masih belum memenuhi target ideal untuk daya ledak (Triple Jump), kekuatan inti (Russian Twist), dan daya
tahan (VO2Max). Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya adanya program latihan yang lebih terfokus pada
pengembangan daya ledak kaki serta kapasitas aerobik.
