PENGARUH LATIHAN IMAGERY VIDEO VISUAL TERHADAP HASIL GERAK PADA ATLET SOLO KREATIF PUTRA PERGURUAN PENCAK SILAT JOKOTOLE

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan imagery video visual terhadap hasil gerak atlet solo kreatif putra Perguruan Pencak Silat Jokotole. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pra-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest–posttest design. Perlakuan yang diberikan berupa latihan imagery video visual dengan melihat tayangan video gerakan solo kreatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 siswa Perguruan Pencak Silat Jokotole, dengan sampel sebanyak 10 siswa yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria telah memiliki dasar pencak silat kategori seni dan memahami gerakan solo kreatif. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan formulir penilaian gerak solo kreatif yang dinilai oleh juri berdasarkan kriteria resmi dengan rentang skor 9,00–10,00 sesuai ketentuan MUNAS IPSI tahun 2022. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas Shapiro–Wilk dan uji Paired Sample T-Test dengan SPSS versi 25.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok kontrol mengalami peningkatan hasil gerak dengan rata-rata persentase kenaikan sebesar 0,33%, sedangkan kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan latihan imagery video visual menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih tinggi dengan rata-rata persentase kenaikan sebesar 1,15%. Selain itu, hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,01 (< 0,05), nilai rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 0,112, serta nilai t hitung sebesar 8,813 yang lebih besar dibandingkan nilai t tabel sebesar 2,776 (df = 4). Dengan demikian, hipotesis nol (H₀) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Hₐ) diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan imagery video visual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil gerak atlet solo kreatif putra Perguruan Pencak Silat Jokotole.

THE EFFECT OF VIDEO-VISUAL IMAGERY TRAINING ON MOVEMENT OUTCOMES OF MALE CREATIVE SOLO ATHLETES FROM THE JOKOTOLE PENCAK SILAT SCHOOL

This study aims to determine the effect of imagery video visual training on movement performance of male solo creative athletes from the Jokotole Pencak Silat School. The research employed a pre-experimental method using a one group pretest–posttest design involving an experimental group and a control group. The treatment applied was imagery video visual training through watching solo creative movement videos. The population consisted of 50 students from the Jokotole Pencak Silat School, with a sample of 10 students selected based on the criteria of having basic skills in artistic pencak silat and understanding solo creative movements. The research instrument was a movement performance assessment form evaluated by judges using official scoring criteria with a range of 9.00–10.00, in accordance with the MUNAS IPSI 2022 regulations. Data analysis was conducted using the Shapiro–Wilk normality test and the Paired Sample T-Test with the assistance of SPSS version 25.
The results showed that the control group experienced an average percentage increase of 0.33%, while the experimental group that received imagery video visual training showed a higher average percentage increase of 1.15%. Furthermore, statistical analysis revealed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.01 (< 0.05), an average increase value of 0.112, and a t-value of 8.813, which was greater than the t-table value of 2.776 (df = 4). Therefore, the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) was accepted, indicating that imagery video visual training has a significant effect on improving the movement performance of male solo creative athletes from the Jokotole Pencak Silat School.
