Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biomekanika teknik tendangan dwi chagi pada atlet senior kyorugi Aldino Taekwondo Club Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain non-eksperimen. Sampel terdiri atas 10 atlet yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui perekaman video dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Kinovea untuk mengukur sudut gerak pada fase persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan akhiran tendangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atlet dengan sudut gerak yang sesuai pada setiap fase memiliki tingkat keberhasilan tendangan yang lebih tinggi serta keseimbangan tubuh yang lebih baik. Analisis biomekanika terbukti efektif sebagai dasar evaluasi teknik tendangan dwi chagi guna meningkatkan performa dan meminimalkan risiko cedera pada atlet taekwondo.
