ANALISIS BIOMEKANIKA TENDANGAN DASAR DWI HURIGI ATLET JUNIOR DUKATI TAEKWONDO CLUB SURABAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biomekanika teknik tendangan dwi hurigi pada atlet junior Dukati Taekwondo Club Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek sebanyak 10 atlet junior berusia 15–17 tahun yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui perekaman video praktik tendangan dwi hurigi dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Kinovea untuk mengkaji sudut gerak pada fase persiapan, tendangan, dan recovery serta kecepatan tendangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi performa biomekanika yang dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik antropometri dan pengalaman latihan atlet. Atlet dengan panjang kaki lebih panjang, koordinasi gerak yang baik, serta pengalaman latihan yang lebih lama cenderung menghasilkan kecepatan tendangan yang lebih tinggi dan gerakan yang lebih efisien. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis biomekanika dapat digunakan sebagai dasar evaluasi dan pembinaan teknik tendangan dwi hurigi yang efektif dan aman bagi atlet junior.
