Abstract

Sepak bola merupakan cabang olahraga yang menuntut kapasitas fisik optimal, termasuk kekuatan, kecepatan, daya ledak, dan komposisi tubuh yang mendukung performa. Salah satu komponen penting adalah massa otot rangka (SMM) karena berperan dalam akselerasi, stabilitas saat kontak fisik, dan efisiensi gerak. Program latihan yang mengintegrasikan stimulasi neuromuskular berintensitas tinggi dan beban eksternal diyakini lebih efektif dibandingkan latihan konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kombinasi Anaerobic Speed ​​Training (AnST) dan Weighted Vest (WV) terhadap peningkatan massa otot rangka pada atlet sepak bola. Penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen menjalani latihan AnST dengan Weighted Vest, sedangkan kelompok kontrol mengikuti latihan rutin tanpa tambahan beban. Pengukuran massa otot rangka dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan massa otot rangka yang signifikan (p<0.05), sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak mengalami perubahan yang berarti. Peningkatan terjadi melalui penerapan beban berlebih progresif, peningkatan tegangan mekanik, dan optimalisasi rekrutmen serabut otot tipe II. Kombinasi AnST dan Weighted Vest efektif meningkatkan massa otot rangka atlet sepak bola serta layak direkomendasikan sebagai strategi latihan progresif.
