DAMPAK LATIHAN WEIGHT TERHADAP PERFORMA SPRINT 10 METER DAN 30 METER PADA PEMAIN SEPAK BOLA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak latihan menggunakan weight vest terhadap performa sprint 10 meter dan 30 meter pada pemain sepak bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain one group pre-test dan post-test. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 10 pemain sepak bola dengan rata-rata usia 20,1 ± 0,73 tahun. Program latihan dilaksanakan selama 3 minggu dengan frekuensi 4 sesi per minggu. Pengukuran performa dilakukan melalui tes sprint 10 meter dan 30 meter sebelum dan sesudah intervensi latihan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro–Wilk dan Paired Sample t-test untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada performa sprint 10 meter dan 30 meter setelah program latihan menggunakan weight vest. Nilai signifikansi pada kedua variabel menunjukkan p < 0,05, yang menandakan bahwa latihan dengan weight vest memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan sprint pemain sepak bola. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan weight vest sebesar 8% dari berat badan dapat menjadi metode latihan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan akselerasi dan kecepatan sprint pada pemain sepak bola.
