Analisis Faktor Internal dan Eksternal Yang Mempengaruhi Prestasi Hockey Banyuwangi

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi prestasi atlet hockey Kabupaten Banyuwangi serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling dominan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 33 atlet yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif berupa nilai rata-rata dan persentase dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal berada pada kategori baik hingga sangat baik, dengan aspek mental dan motivasi sebagai indikator tertinggi, sedangkan disiplin latihan memiliki nilai terendah. Faktor eksternal juga berada pada kategori baik hingga sangat baik, dengan dukungan pelatih sebagai faktor paling dominan, sementara sarana dan prasarana masih perlu ditingkatkan. Prestasi atlet berada pada kategori baik hingga sangat baik, dengan indikator prestasi kejuaraan sebagai nilai tertinggi. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal dan eksternal berkontribusi positif terhadap prestasi atlet, dengan dominasi pada aspek psikologis dan dukungan pelatih.
