PENGARUH PROGAM LATIHAN VARIASI ANKLE HOP TERHADAP SPEED DAN TINGGI LOMPATAN PEMAIN SEPAK BOLA SMPN 2 WONOAYU

Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan kecepatan (speed) dan tinggi lompatan pemain sepak bola di SMPN 2 Wonoayu akibat program latihan yang kurang variatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh program latihan variasi ankle hop terhadap peningkatan speed dan tinggi lompatan pemain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest–posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa putra usia 13–15 tahun yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Perlakuan berupa latihan forward ankle hop dan lateral ankle hop dilaksanakan selama 6 minggu dengan frekuensi 3 kali per minggu. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes sprint 20 meter untuk mengukur speed dan tes vertical jump untuk tinggi lompatan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Paired Sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan pada kedua variabel (p < 0,05). Rata-rata waktu sprint 20 meter membaik dari 4,17 detik menjadi 4,01 detik (penurunan 0,16 detik), sedangkan rata-rata tinggi lompatan meningkat dari 24,40 menjadi 29,63 (peningkatan 5,23 poin). Peningkatan ini terjadi karena mekanisme stretch-shortening cycle pada latihan ankle hop yang meningkatkan daya ledak, kekuatan otot betis, dan efisiensi neuromuskular. Simpulannya, program latihan variasi ankle hop efektif untuk meningkatkan performa fisik pemain sepak bola remaja.
