PENGARUH CIRCUIT TRAINING BERBASIS SPEED DRILLS TERHADAP KECEPATAN SPRINT 0–20 METER KU-14 PUTRA KLUB SURA FUTSAL ACADEMY SURABAYA

Abstract

Kecepatan merupakan komponen fisik penting dalam permainan futsal, terutama pada atlet usia remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan circuit training berbasis speed drills terhadap kecepatan sprint 0–20 meter pada atlet futsal KU-14 putra Klub Sura Futsal Academy Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental melalui pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 15 atlet yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes sprint 20 meter, sedangkan program latihan dilaksanakan selama 4 minggu dengan frekuensi 3 kali per minggu. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata waktu sprint menurun dari 3,873 detik pada pretest menjadi 3,256 detik pada posttest. Hasil uji paired sample t-test memperoleh nilai t = 9,683 dengan signifikansi 0,0001 (p < 0,05), yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kecepatan sprint yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, latihan circuit training berbasis speed drills berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan sprint 0–20 meter pada atlet futsal KU-14 putra.
