TINGKAT PEMAHAMAN PELATIH SEKOLAH SEPAKBOLA TERHADAP KURIKULUM PEMBINAAN SEPAKBOLA INDONESIA FILANESIA DI KOTA MADIUN DAN KABUPATEN MADIUN

Abstract
Kurikulum Pembinaan Sepakbola Indonesia Filanesia merupakan pedoman nasional yang dirancang untuk mewujudkan pembinaan pemain sepakbola secara terarah dan berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan implementasinya sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pemahaman pelatih terhadap komponen kurikulum. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat pemahaman pelatih sekolah sepakbola terhadap Kurikulum Filanesia di Kota Madiun dan Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif melalui metode survei terhadap 30 pelatih SSB yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tes objektif yang mengukur lima komponen utama Kurikulum Filanesia dan dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman pelatih berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 74,39. Sebanyak 60% pelatih berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan indikator metode latihan memiliki nilai rata-rata tertinggi (81,06) dan formasi belajar terendah (69,33). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman pelatih terhadap Kurikulum Filanesia tergolong baik, namun masih diperlukan pengembangan kompetensi secara berkelanjutan, terutama pada aspek formasi belajar dan prinsip permainan guna mendukung implementasi kurikulum yang lebih optimal.
