KUALITAS KOMPONEN BIOMOTORIK PEMAIN SEPAK BOLA PSMP USIA 17 TAHUN DALAM PERSIAPAN KOMPETISI PIALA SOERATIN JAWA TIMUR TAHUN 2026

Abstract

Sepak bola modern menuntut kesiapan biomotorik yang komprehensif, namun klub pembinaan usia muda seperti PSMP U-17 Kabupaten Mojokerto belum pernah menjalani evaluasi sistematis atas kualitas fisik atletnya menjelang Piala Soeratin Jawa Timur 2026, sehingga pelatih tidak memiliki data dasar (baseline) yang objektif untuk menyusun program latihan yang terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas delapan komponen biomotorik atlet secara komprehensif dan ilmiah sebagai dasar penyusunan program latihan yang efektif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif terhadap 30 atlet melalui delapan instrumen tes terstandardisasi, meliputi Body Mass Index (BMI), Standing Broad Jump, sprint 30 meter, Agility T-test, Sit and Reach Test, Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1, back-up dan sit-up test, serta Running-Based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan otot inti (94%) dan daya ledak (87%) merupakan keunggulan struktural tim, sedangkan kecepatan (20%) dan daya tahan kardiovaskular (0%) menjadi kelemahan paling kritis, sementara indeks massa tubuh, kelincahan, kelentukan, dan daya tahan anaerobik berada pada kategori menengah yang belum merata. Simpulannya, profil biomotorik atlet PSMP U-17 masih timpang sehingga pelatih perlu memprioritaskan interval training intensitas tinggi serta acceleration sprint guna memperbaiki kelemahan kritis tersebut menjelang kompetisi
