PENGARUH LATIHAN IN OUT JUMPS DAN IN OUT JUMP SQUADS TERHADAP KELINCAHAN DAN KECEPATAN PADA SISWA SDN DUPAK 1 SURABAYA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan In Out Jumps dan In Out Jump Squads terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan kecepatan siswa SDN Dupak 1 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan desain two group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 20 siswa kelas VI yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok perlakuan, yaitu kelompok latihan In Out Jumps dan kelompok latihan In Out Jump Squads. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi tes sprint 30 meter untuk mengukur kecepatan dan tes shuttle run untuk mengukur kelincahan. Program latihan diberikan selama 8 minggu dengan total 18 kali pertemuan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, uji homogenitas Levene, dan uji hipotesis paired sample t-test dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan In Out Jumps memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 dan kecepatan sebesar 0,000. Sementara itu, latihan In Out Jump Squads juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan, dengan masing-masing nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Seluruh nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan In Out Jumps dan In Out Jump Squads efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kelincahan dan kecepatan siswa SDN Dupak 1 Surabaya. Kedua bentuk latihan tersebut dapat menjadi alternatif latihan fisik yang aplikatif dalam pembelajaran PJOK di sekolah dasar.
