Penelitian ini yakni jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan metode <br>survei disertai dengan proses wawancara dan dokumentasi dan juga memberikan angket SAS. Untuk populasi <br>yang digunakan adalah Tim Sepakbola SMPN 1 Sumobito serta yang menjadi sampel dari penelitian ini yakni 18 <br>orang yang terdiri dari 11 pemain inti sepak bola SMPN 1 Sumobito, 7 pemain cadangan yang ikut bertanding. <br>Pemilihan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun hasil penelitian yang dilakukan <br>yakni tingkat kecemasan tim sepak bola SMPN 1 Sumobito dalam pertandingan POPKAB Jombang tahun 2024 <br>pada kategori “rendah” sebesar 0% (1 orang), “tinggi” 60% (12 orang), “sedang” 26% (1 orang), “panik” 76% (4 <br>orang). The method used in this study is an experiment with a pre-experiment approach. This study used as many as 16 research subjects at SMPN 59 Surabaya. The research design uses <em>One-Group pretest-posttest Design. </em>The treatment used is to provide <em>a passing give and go</em> training model and conduct tests during <em>pretest </em>and<em> posttest</em>. This study was conducted for 4 weeks or 12 meetings with a frequency of exercise 3 days a week and outside of the<em> pretest </em>and <em>posttest</em>. The <em>passing</em> <em>give and go</em> exercise shows an improvement in the <em>passing</em> skills of SMPN 59 Surabaya futsal players. In this study, the average score of the <em>pretest</em> of the players was 7.31 and the average score of the <em>posttest</em> of the players was 9.56 with this data can be stated to have increased by 30.7%. Fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan menyebabkan kurangnya aktivitas fisik di kalangan peserta didik, yang menjadi masalah umum. Menurut laporan Global Status Report on Physical Activity 2022 dari WHO, sekitar 81% remaja dan 27,5% orang dewasa tidak memenuhi rekomendasi minimal aktivitas fisik. Rendahnya aktivitas fisik ini berdampak negatif pada kesehatan remaja. Literasi fisik dapat memberikan pemahaman penting mengenai aktivitas fisik, di mana semakin tinggi literasi fisik seseorang, semakin cenderung mereka terlibat dalam aktivitas fisik sepanjang hidup (Kwan et al., 2020). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi fisik peserta didik SMKN di Surabaya.Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, subjek penelitian meliputi peserta didik kelas X dan XI dari SMKN 5, SMKN 10, SMKN 7, SMKN 8, SMKN 2, dan SMKN 4 di Surabaya. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah "Charting Physical Literacy Questionnaire" dari (IPLA), dengan pengumpulan data melalui Google Form. Total 3.150 responden berpartisipasi dalam survei ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa motivasi peserta didik berada dalam tahap pengembangan (57%), kepercayaan diri dalam tahap konsolidasi (65%), kompetensi fisik dalam tahap pengembangan (60%), dan pengetahuan serta pemahaman dalam tahap konsolidasi (62%). Berdasarkan analisis kuesioner dan pengolahan data, literasi fisik peserta didik SMKN di Surabaya berada pada tahap pengembangan dan konsolidasi. Mayoritas peserta didik menunjukkan tingkat literasi fisik yang baik, meskipun diperlukan upaya untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan literasi fisik secara berkelanjutan.</p> <p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>: Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), Literasi fisik,Motivasi, Kepercayaan diri, Pengetahuan dan pemahaman, International Physical Literacy Association (IPLA).</p> <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p> <p><em>Vocational High Schools (SMK) provide vocational education at the secondary level to prepare students for the workforce. The focus on skill development has led to a lack of physical activity among students, which is problematic. According to the WHO Global Status Report on Physical Activity 2022, 81% of adolescents and 27.5% of adults do not meet minimum physical activity recommendations. This impacts adolescent health negatively. Higher physical literacy correlates with greater involvement in physical activities throughout life (Kwan et al., 2020). This study aims to determine the physical literacy levels among SMKN students in Surabaya. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the subjects were tenth and eleventh-grade students from six SMKN schools in Surabaya. The "Charting Physical Literacy Questionnaire" from IPLA was used, with data collected via Google Forms. A total of 3,150 respondents participated. Results showed student motivation in the development stage (57%), confidence in the consolidation stage (65%), physical competence in the development stage (60%), and knowledge and understanding in the consolidation stage (62%). Analysis indicated that physical literacy among SMKN students in Surabaya is in the development and consolidation stages. The research method used was an experimental design with pre-test and post-test on two experimental groups. The study was conducted at SMAN 1 Kawedanan with a sample of 20 students divided into two groups. Data collection techniques used passing skills tests, while data analysis was conducted using Paired Sample T-Test and Independent Samples T-Test. The results showed that both Triangle and Diamond passing drills significantly improved students' passing skills, with Sig. (2-tailed) values of 0.009 for Triangle and 0.001 for Diamond. Although the Diamond drill showed a greater improvement, the difference was not statistically significant compared to the Triangle drill (Sig. 0.106). The conclusion of this study is that both training methods are effective in improving students' passing skills. In this study, the researchers used an experimental type of enclosure in which the researcher gave the athlete a treatment or treatment for 12 meetings. From the data obtained by the researchers, the data will be processed with the help of the SPSS and excel programs using Paired Sample T-Test and Independent Samples T-test.
