RANCANG BANGUN MODIFIKASI HYDRAULIC JACK MANUAL MENJADI ELECTRIC

Abstract

Dongkrak Hidrolik (Hydraulic Jack) merupakan alat bantu angkat untuk benda yang berat. Namun Hydraulic Jack tidak hanya memiliki fungsi sebagai alat pengangkat untuk kendaraan, tetapi bisa difungsikan sebagai alat bantu angkat dan tekan untuk mesin Press Sepatu. Prinsip kerja Hydraulic Jack adalah tekanan yang dilakukan di dalam zat cair yang tertutup diteruskan ke setiap bagian dari zat cair dan dinding tempat fluida tanpa mengalami perubahan harga. Hydraulic Jack saat ini masih menggunakan prinsip kerja manual menggunakan bantuan tenaga tangan manusia untuk memompa dan menaikkannya ke atas. Tentu saja hal ini kurang efektif karna menggunakan Hydraulic Jack manual membutuhkan tenaga yang cukup besar. Cara kerja Hydraulic Jack Electric adalah arus listrik mengaliri tombol saklar, jika saklar dinyalakan maka Motor Wiper akan bekerja untuk mengangkat dongkrak keatas. Dongkrak naik keatas dan pada ketinggian tertentu akan menyentuh limit switch, kemudian limit switch akan menyalakan timer. Saat itu timer menyala pada waktu yang sudah ditentukan. ketika waktu yang ditentukan sudah habis, maka bell akan menyala dan berbunyi. Kemudian proses pengobosan dongkrak dilakuakan secara manual dengan memutar baut pengobosnya. Dongkrak turun sehingga tidak mnyentuh limit switch, maka mesin akan otomatis berhenti. Dari hasil Perancangan dan Modifikasi Hydraulic manual menjadi Hydraulic Jack Electric, maka didapatkan spesifikasi mesin menggunakan motor DC 24 Volt dengan Kecepatan putar motor mencapai 60-70 Rpm. Maksimal beban pada Modifikasi Hydraulic Jack Electric ini mencapai beban 150 kg dengan kecepatan angkat tanpa beban mencapai kecepatan 0.03 mm/detik. Torsi yang yang dikeluarkan dari alat ini mencapai 1.764 N.m.

Hydraulic Jack is a lifting tool for heavy objects. However Hydraulic Jack not only has the function as a lifter for the vehicle, but can be used as a lifting tool and press for Shoe Press machine. The working principle of Hydraulic Jack is the pressure applied in the closed liquid which is passed to each part of the liquid and the wall in which the fluid is subjected without any change of price. Hydraulic Jack is still using the manual working principle using the help of human hands to pump and raise it up. Of course this is less effective because using the manual Hydraulic Jack requires considerable energy. How Hydraulic Jack Electric works is the electric current flows the switch, if the switch is turned on then the Wiper Motor will work to lift the jack upwards. The jack goes up and at a certain height will touch the limit of the switch, then the switch limit will start the timer. At that time the timer lights up at a predetermined time. when the specified time is up, then the bell will turn on and sound. Then the process of breaking the jack dilakuakan manually by rotating bolt pengobosnya. Dongkrak down so it does not touch the limit switch, then the machine will automatically stop. From the results of Design and Modification Hydraulic manual to Hydraulic Jack Electric, the engine specifications obtained using a 24 Volt DC motor with motor rotation speeds reach 60-70 Rpm. Maximum load on this Electric Jack Hydraulic Modification reaches 150 kg loads with no-load lift speeds of 0.03 mm / s. The torque removed from the device reaches 1,764 N.m.
