PERANCANGAN SISTEM TRANSMISI PADA ALAT PENGGILING DAGING SEMI OTOMATIS

Abstract

Dalam proses produksi mesin merupakan komponen yang sangat penting, dengan seiring berkembangnya teknologi maka semakin banyak pula rancangan mesin yang canggih dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan produksi. Oleh karena itu sangat disarankan agar setiap industri mempunyai sebuah mesin untuk mempermudah proses produksi. Namun adanya keterbatasan dana menjadi penghambat untuk usaha kecil menengah salah satunya adalah UKM “Pentol Bakso Ibu Ira” yang mengalami kendala yaitu belum adanya alat penggiling daging yang cukup canggih untuk proses produksinya, dan masih menggunakan alat konvensional dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, oleh karena itu penulis berencana untuk merancang proses sistem transmisi alat penggiling daging yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan proses produksi dari segi waktu ataupun kualitas. Metode perancangan yang digunakan yaitu (R&D) Research and Development, urutan pembuatan sistem transmisi dimulai dengan memasang motor penggerak hingga perakitan komponen transmisi nya, dari hasil pengujian perancangan sistem transmisi alat penggiling daging semi otomatis dengan menggunakan motor bensin 5,5 HP diketahui kapasitas mesin yang dihasilkan yaitu 30 kg/jam.

However, limited funds are an obstacle for small and medium enterprises, one of which is the UKM "Pentol Bakso Ibu Ira" which has problems, namely the absence of a meat grinder that is sophisticated enough for the production process, and still uses conventional tools and takes a long time, because Therefore the author plans to design a meat grinder transmission system process which is expected to improve the production process in terms of time or quality. The design method used is (R&D) Research and Development, the sequence of making the transmission system starts with installing the driving motor to assembling the transmission components, from the results of testing the transmission system design for a semi-automatic meat grinder using a 5.5 HP gasoline motor, it is known that the engine capacity is yield is 30 kg/hour.
