KONFLIK TOKOH UTAMA BOTCHAN『坊ちゃん』DALAMNOVEL BOTCHAN『坊ちゃん』KARYA NATSUME SOOSEKI (夏目漱石)

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang konflik yang dialami oleh tokoh utama Botchan dalam novel Botchan. Botchan adalah orang yang mempunyai sifat memberontak, nakal, ceroboh, dan iseng. Hal tersebut menimbulkan berbagai konflik, baik konflik internal maupun konflik eksternal.
Konflik merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam suatu karya sastra. Konflik dapat membuat suatu cerita menjadi berkesan. Peneliti melakukan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana terjadinya konflik pada tokoh utama Botchan. Maka peneliti merumuskan masalah sebagai berikut :
Bagaimana faktor yang mempengaruhi tokoh utama Botchan『坊ちゃん』dalam novel Botchan『坊ちゃん』karya Natsume Sooseki (夏目漱石) yang mengalami konflik internal dan bagaimana kebutuhan dasar psikologis yang menimbulkan konflik eksternal pada tokoh utama Botchan『坊ちゃん』dalam novel Botchan『坊ちゃん』karya Natsume Sooseki (夏目漱石).
Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 14 data, berupa kutipan cerita yang berhubungan dengan rumusan masalah yakni mengandung berbagai macam konflik, konflik internal maupun konflik eksternal. Kutipan cerita diambil dari sumber data novel Botchan karya Natsume Sooseki.

This study discusses the conflict experienced by the main character in the novel Botchan Botchan. Botchan is a person who has a rebellious nature, wanton, reckless, and fraudulent. This raises numerous conflicts, both internal and external conflict.
Conflict is one of the important elements in a literary work. Conflict can create a story to be memorable. Researchers conducted this study to describe how the conflict in the main character Botchan. So researchers formulated the problem as follows:
How the factors that influence the main character Botchan "坊ちゃん" in the novel Botchan "坊ちゃん" by Natsume Sooseki (夏目漱石) experiencing internal conflict and how basic psychological needs that lead to external conflict in the main character Botchan "坊ちゃん" in the novel Botchan "坊ちゃん" works Natsume Sooseki (夏目漱石).
The data that was used in this study amounted to 14 data, in the form of quotes stories related to the formulation of the problem which contains various conflicts, internal conflicts and external conflicts. Excerpt stories drawn from the data source works of Natsume Sooseki novel Botchan.
