Penelitian ini berjudul Konflik Sosial pada Tokoh Yùmĭ 玉米 dalam Novel Yùmĭ 玉米 Karya Bì Fēiyŭ (毕飞宇) (Kajian Psikologi Sosial). Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah membahas salah satu aspek dari karya sastra yaitu novel, aspek tersebut tentang konflik sosial yang dialami tokoh utama, dengan menggunakan rumusan masalah adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, mengenai apa saja bentuk-bentuk konflik sosial yang terjadi pada tokoh Yùmĭ玉米dalam novel Yùmĭ玉米 karya Bì Fēiyŭ (毕飞宇)?. Kedua, apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya konflik sosial pada tokoh Yùmĭ玉米dalam novel Yùmĭ玉米 karya Bì fēiyŭ (毕飞宇)?. Ketiga, Bagaimana penyelesaian dari konflik sosial yang dialami oleh tokoh Yùmĭ玉米dalam novel Yùmĭ玉米karya Bì fēiyŭ (毕飞宇)?. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kajian psikologi sosial. Psikologi sosial adalah sebuah kajian bagaimana cara manusia berpikir menganai orang lain, memengaruhi, dan berhubungan dengan orang lain. Konflik sosial akan dimulai dengan interaksi antar manusia sebagai fondasinya, oleh karena itu kajian psikologi sosial yang digunakan ini lebih memandang kepada cara berinteraksi antar manusia sebelum melakukan konflik sosial yaitu imitasi, sugesti, identifikasi dan simpati. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Yùmĭ玉米karya Bì fēiyŭ (毕飞宇), dan beberapa buku lain yang menunjang penelitian ini. Penggunaan teknik baca catat digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan memilah data yang akan dianalis, kemudian penganalisisan data menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu dengan memaparkan data berupa kutipan kalimat dari novel. Sedangkan untuk hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) bentuk konflik sosial yang dialami oleh tokoh utama Yumi, ada dua jenis dari tujuh jenis bentuk konflik sosial dalam kajian psikologi sosial. (2) untuk penyebab konflik yang teridentifikasi dalam konflik sosial yang dialami tokoh utama ada tiga yaitu delima sosial, ketidak adilan yang dirasakan dan salah paham. (3) penyelesaian konflik didalam psikologi sosial terbagi dalam tujuh macam, namun dalam penelitian ini bentuk yang muncul adalah tiga jenis yaitu kemenangan salah satu pihak atas pihak lainnya, penyelesaian terbuka, kompromi atau perundingan, dan rekonsiliasi antara pihak-pihak yang bertikai.

Abstract

The analysis entitled social conflict in Yùmĭ 玉米 character in the Yùmĭ玉米 novel by Bì fēiyŭ (毕飞宇)(the study of social psychology). The background of this analysis is explain about one of literary works aspect in the novel, the aspect is about social conflict which happen in the main character, using problem formulation as follows. The first one is about what are the form of social conflict happen in Yùmĭ 玉米 character in the Yùmĭ 玉米 novel by Bì fēiyŭ (毕飞宇) . The second one is, what are the factors influences the conflict happen in Yùmĭ 玉米 character in the Yùmĭ 玉米 Novel by Bì fēiyŭ (毕飞宇) . The second one is about how to solve the problem from the social conflict who happen in the Yùmĭ 玉米 character in the Yùmĭ 玉米 novel by Bi Feiyu. The theory of this analysis using the study of social psychology. Social psychology is the study about how to someone think about the other person, the influences, and the relation with the other person. Social conflict will started with interaction between the human being as the foundation, therefore the study of social psychology which is using in this research envisage to the way interaction between the human being before doing social conflict that s imitation, suggestion, identification and sympathy. The source of the data in this analysis is the Yùmĭ 玉米 novel by Bì fēiyŭ (毕飞宇) , and the several book which is to support this analysis. The technique of this analysis using read record to collectand sort the data to analysed, analyzing data using descriptive technique is to expose the data in the form of excerpts from the novel sentence. Whereas to the result of the analysis as follows (1). The type of social conflict who happen to Yùmĭ 玉米 as the main character, there are two kind of seven type of social conflict in the study of social psychology. (2). The cause of the conflict which is identified in the social conflict who happen to themain character be found three dilemma social, injustice who feel by main character and misunderstanding. (3). The solution of the conflict in the social psychology divided in seven type, however just three type found in this analysis, that is, the victory one of the side to the another side, problem solving, compromise and negotiation, and reconciliation between quarrel of all the side.
