Penggunaan campur kode dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sangat mudah untuk ditemukan. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya kemajuan budaya dan teknologi sehingga membuat hampir setiap orang untuk ingin mempelajari bahasa asing. Seperti halnya pada pemeran tokoh dalam film Where Are You From 《你是哪里人》 nĭ shì nǎlǐ rén, dalam film tersebut banyak ditemukan tuturan yang mengandung campur kode oleh para tokoh. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas masalah berikut :

a)Bagaimanakah bentuk campur kode yang digunakan dalam dialog-dialog film Where Are You From《你是哪里人》nĭ shì nǎlǐrén ?

b)Bagaimanakah faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya campur kode dalam dialog-dialog film Where Are You From《你是哪里人》nĭshì nǎlǐ rén ?

c)Bagaimanakah fungsi campur kode yang digunakan dalam dialog-dialog film Where Are You From《你是哪里人》nĭ shì nǎlǐrén ?

Berdasarkan rumusan masalah tersebut, untuk menjawab permasalahan pertama mengenai bentuk campur kode pendapat yang digunakan yaitu pendapat dari Suwito (1983). Permasalahan yang kedua mengenai faktor penyebab terjadinya campur kode pendapat yang digunakan yaitu pendapat dari Basir (2010). Permasalahan yang terakhir yaitu fungsi campur kode menggunakan pendapat dari Gumpers (1983).

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, hal ini dikarenakan data yang digunakan berupa tuturan-tuturan yang mengandung campur kode pada film Where Are You From《你是哪里人》 nĭ shì nǎlǐ rén. Data yang ditemukan sebanyak 43 data.Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut :

1.Bentuk campur kode dalam tuturan tokoh pada film Where Are You From《你是哪里人》 nĭ shì nǎlǐ rén dengan presentase 46% bentuk penyisipan kata, 11% bentuk penyisipan ungkapan, 11% bentuk penyisipan frasa, 11% bentuk penyisipan kata ulang dan 21% bentuk penyisipan klausa.

2.Faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya campur kode pada film Where Are You From《你是哪里人》 nĭ shì nǎlǐ rén meliputi faktor pengaruh unsur prestise 46%,faktoradanya keterbatasan padanan kata 7%, faktor pengaruh pihak kedua 35%, dan faktor lain 12%.

3.Fungsi campur kode pada film Where Are You From 《你是哪里人》 nĭ shì nǎlǐ rén yaitu 27% sebagai interjeksi, 23% sebagai unsur mengkualifikasi pesan, 11% sebagai perulangan, dan 2% sebagai fungsi spesifikasi lawan tutur dan 37% sebagai fungsi lain.

The use of code mixing is easily found in daily life . The presence of improved culture and technology causes almost everyone to have desire on learning foreign language. As well as the main character in Where Are You Fromfilm 《你是哪里人》 nĭ shì nǎlǐ rén, many utterances are found in this film which contain code mixing. Based on the background, the purposes of this reseach are to discuss the following problems :

a)How the form of the code mixing which is used in the dialogues of Where Are You Fromfilm 《你是哪里人》nĭshì nǎlǐ rén?

b)How the context which causes the factor of occurence of code mixing in the dialogues Where Are You From film《你是哪里人》nĭshì nǎlǐ rén ?

c)How code mixing function which is used in the dialoguesWhere Are You Fromfilm《你是哪里人》nĭshì nǎlǐ rén ?

Based on the formulation of the problem, to answer the first issue regarding the form of code mixing is using Suwito theory. The second issue regarding the factor causative occurence of code mixing is using Basir theory. The last issue is regarding the function of code mixing is using Gumpers theory.

This research is using qualitative descriptive method, because the data which is used is in the form speeches that contain of the code mixing in Where Are You From film 《你是哪里人》 nĭ shì nǎlǐ rén. The data found is 43 data. The result based on the analysis as follows:

1.The forms of the code mixing in speeches of the character in Where Are You From film 《你是哪里人》nĭ shì nǎlǐ rén with 46% percentage of insertion of the word, 11% of insertion of the phrase, 11% of insertion of the repetition and 21% of insertion of the clause.

2.The factors as causes of the code mixing in Where Are You From film 《你是哪里人》nĭ shì nǎlǐ rén included the influence of the element of prestige 46%, the limitation of synonym 7%, the influence of the second factor 35%, and the other factor12%.

3.The functions of the code mixing in Where Are You From film 《你是哪里人》nĭ shì nǎlǐ rén are27% as an interjection, 23% as an element to qualify the message, 11% as repetition,2% as specification of opponents said and 37% as the other functions.
