Bahasa Mandarin mempunyai komponen-komponen yang unik dari bahasa asing lainya. Komponen tersebut adalah (shēngcí) kosakata. Sebuah suku kata dari bahasa mandarin terbentuk dari (shēngmŭ) konsonan awal, (yúnmŭ) vokal sederhana atau vokal majemuk dan intonasi atau nada. Salah satu poin yang terpenting dalam bahasa Mandarin adalah nada atau intonasi. Nada bahasa Mandarin berfungsi untuk menentukan makna dari setiap kosakata dalam bahasa Mandarin. Komponen ini sering menjadi hambatan bagi siswa XI-IPA 1 SMA Wahid Hasyim Model Karanggeneng Lamongan. Untuk mengembangkan kemampuan dalam penguasaan intonasi atau nada bahasa Mandarin, diperlukan latihan yang intensif sehingga dalam belajar bahasa diperlukan teknik pembelajaran yang tepat. Maka penggunaan metode Kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) dalam penelitian ini bertujuan mengatasi kendala dalam pengguasaan intonasi. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan penggunaan metode kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Team Achievement Division), keefektifan, dan respon siswa kelas XI-IPA 1 SMA Wahid Hasyim Model Karanggeneng Lamongan. terhadap metode Kooperatif STAD dalam pembelajaran penguasaan intonasi bahasa Mandarin. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI-IPA 1 SMA Wahid Hasyim Model Karanggeneng Lamongan dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 21 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah, diperoleh hasil observasi aktivitas guru pada pertemuan pertama dan kedua adalah 75% dan 89,28%. Menurut skala Likert, hasil observasi aktivitas guru pada pertemuan pertama bernilai baik dan pertemuan kedua bernilai sangat baik. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa dipertemuan pertama dan kedua adalah 71,5% dan 80%. Berdasrkan hasil kedua obesrvasi selama dua hari tersebut bernilai baik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan t-signifikan yaitu harga t =34 dan db = 20, selanjutnya dikonsultasikan dengan melihat tabel taraf 5%. Dengan harga t=9,89 harga ts 0,05=1. Hasil pernilaian menunjukkan t-test lebih besar dari t-tabel (34 > 1), maka harga t signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pembelajaran pengguasaan intonasi bahasa Mandarin kelas XI-IPA 1 SMA Wahid Hasyim Model Karanggeneng Lamongan. Hasil analisis angket respon siswa menunjukan dengan penggunaan metode kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) untuk meningkatkan penguasaan intonasi bahasa Mandarin pada kelas eksperimen sangat efektif. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil abgket siswa menunjukkan bahwa kisaran 61%-80% dan 81%-100% yang artinya pada kriteria penilaian baik dan sangat baik.

Abstract

Mandarin language has unique components from other foreign languages. The componentis a (shēngcí) vocabulary. A syllableof Mandarin is formed from (shēngmŭ) early consonants, (yúnmŭ) a simple vowel or compound vocals and intonation or tone. One of the most important points in Mandarin is the tone or intonation. The Mandarin tone serves to determine the meaning of the Chinese vocabulary. This component is often a barrier for students XI-IPA 1 SMA Wahid Hasyim Model Karanggeneng Lamongan. To develop skills in the mastery of intonation or tone of Mandarin, intensive training is needed so that in learning the language needed appropriate learning techniques. There fore, the use of the Cooperative method (Student Team Achievement Division). In this study aims to overcome obstacles in the management of intonation. This research has the purpose of describing the implementation of a cooperative method of type STAD (Student Team Achievement Division), the effectiveness, and response of the class XI-IPA 1 SMA Wahid Hasyim Model Karanggeneng Lamongan. To the cooperative method of the Student Team Achievement Division in learning the mastery of Mandarin intonation. This researchis a pre-exsperimental research with the form of one group pre-test post-test design. The subject of this research is the studentof XI-IPA 1 SMA Wahid Hasyim Model Karanggeneng Lamongan with the number of students as much as 21 people. Based on the results of the analysis data conducted to answer the problem formulation, obtained the observation result of the activity of teachers at the first and second meetings are 75% and 89.28%. According to Likert scale, the observation of teacher activity at first meeting is good value and second meeting is very good value. The results of observing students activities in the first and second meetings were 71.5% and 80%. The second result of the two days was a good value. Based on the result of T-significant calculationof T = 34 and DB = 20, then consult with a table of 5% status. With price t = 9,89 Price (ts 0.05 = 1). The result shows a T-test larger than the T-table (34 > 1), so the price of T is significant. Based on the result, it can be concluded that using the cooperative method of the Student Teams Achievement Divisionis significantly affected by the learning of the interpretation of Chinese language intonation class XI-IPA 1 SMA Wahid Hasyim Model Karanggeneng Lamongan. The results of the students response poll analysis shows the use of the cooperative method of the Student Teams Achievement Division to improve the mastery of Mandarin intonation in the experimental class is very effective. This is seen from the results of students angket showed that the range of 61%-80% and 81%-100% which mean so good and very good scoring criteria.
