Abstract

Abstrak Bahasa Mandarin menjadi sebuah bahasa yang diperhitungkan keberadaannya. Bahasa Mandarin telah diterapkan di berbagai perusahaan, lembaga bimbingan belajar, pelatihan, instansi pemerintahan, dan institusi pendidikan. Salah satunya SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Dalam pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin di SMK 17Agustus 1945 Surabaya ditemukan permasalahan kesulitan menghafal dan melafalkan aksara Mandarin. Peserta didik merasa kosakata bahasa Mandarin sangat berbeda dan cukup sulit dihafal. Kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang variatif menjadi salah satu faktor penyebabnya. Media pembelajaran yang kurang variatif juga membuat siswa kurang aktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, peneliti menerapkan sebuah media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang dapat membantu peserta didik lebiih aktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar kosakata transportasi bahasa Mandarin yaitu media filter Instagram story. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berdesain true experimental design dalam bentuk pretest-postest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas X APH SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya tahun ajaran 2022-2023. Kelas X APH 1 dan X APH 3 menajdi sampel penelitian yang ditentukan dengan teknik random (random sampling). . Hasil analisis observasi aktivitas guru pada kelas eksperimen pertemuan pertama dihasilkan persentase sebesar 75%, pada pertemuan kedua sebesar 100%, dan dengan hasil persentase akumulasi sebesar 87,5%. Hasil analisis observasi aktivitas siswa kelas eksperimen pada pertemuan pertama dihasilkan persentase sebesar 75% , pertemuan kedua sebesar 93,75%, dan dengan hasil persentase akumulasi sebesar 84,38%. Hasil persentase tersebut jika dikonversikan dalam skala likert, maka dikategorikan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil analisis pre-test dan post-test kelas eksperimen X APH 1 diperoleh nilai signifikansi (t) = 4,43 dan db = 49, lalu dikonsultasikan dengan tabel taraf 5%. Maka didapati harga ts 0,05 = 2,68, sehingga t tabel (2,68<4,43). Dengan demikian, penggunaan media filter Instagram story efektif dalam penguasaan kosakata transportasi bahasa Mandarin. Hasil analisis angket respon siswa kelas X APH 1 diperoleh nilai 74,61% dengan kriteria skala likert baik dalam respon positif. Chinese has been applied in various companies, tutoring institutions, training, government agencies, and educational institutions. One of them is SMK August 17, 1945 Surabaya. In learning Chinese at SMK August 17, 1945 Surabaya, it was found that the problem of difficulty memorizing and pronouncing Chinese characters had been the student problem. Students felt that Chinese vocabulary was very different and quite difficult to memorize. The lack of use of varied learning media was one of the contributing factors. Learning media that were less varied also made students less active in teaching and learning activities. To overcome this, researchers applied a technology-based learning media that could help students be more active in teaching and learning activities of Chinese transportation vocabulary, namely Instagram story filter media. This research was an experimental research type with a quantitative approach with true experimental design in the form of pretest-postest control group design. The population of this study has all students of grade X APH SMK August 17, 1945 Surabaya for the 2022-2023 academic year. Class X APH 1 and X APH 3 became research samples determined by random sampling techniques. The results of the analysis of observations of teacher activities in the experimental class of the first meeting resulted in a percentage of 75%, in the second meeting of 100%, and with the results of an accumulated percentage of 87.5%. The results of the analysis of observations of experimental class students' activities at the first meeting resulted in a percentage of 75%, the second meeting of 93.75%, and with the results of an accumulation percentage of 84.38%. The percentage result was converted on a Likert scale, then categorized as very good criteria. The results of the pre-test and post-test analysis of experimental class X APH 1 obtained significance values (t) = 4.43 and Volume 01 Nomor 01 Tahun 2012, 0 - 216 db = 49, then consulted with the 5% level table. The researcher found that the price ts 0.05 = 2.68, so t table (2.68<4.43). Thus, the use of Instagram story filter media was effective in mastering Chinese transportation vocabulary. The results of the questionnaire analysis of the response of grade X APH 1 students obtained a value of 74.61% with the Likert scale criteria good in positive responses.
