MANAJEMEN RESIKO KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN APARTEMEN VENETIAN GRAND SUNGKONO LAGOON DI SURABAYA

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia konstruksi pada saat ini sangat pesat bila kita tinjau dari segi teknologi konstruksi bangunan. Adanya kemungkinan kecelakaan kerja pada pekerjaan konstruksi diwajibkan untuk menerapkan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan (K3) di lokasi pekerja.

Proyek pembangunan apartemen venetian grand sungkono lagoon didirikan di kawasan Surabaya Timur terdiri dari 4 tower dengan fasilitas lengkap. Proyek ini juga dapat menimbulkan tingkat kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi, dilihat dari laporan kecelakaan kerja Febuari 2014 – Maret 2015 ada 6 kejadian kecelakaan kerja.

Ada pun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi resiko K3, memberikan penilaian atas resiko-resiko K3, dan memberikan tindakan pengendalian resiko terhadap K3 pada kegiatan proyek apartemen venetian grand sungkono lagoon di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dan deskriptif, lingkup penelitian ada pada proyek apartemen venetian grand sungkono lagoon Surabaya.

Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner yang telah di berikan kepada responden yaitu para tukang. Hasil diolah melalui indeks resiko, pada indeks resiko pekerja tertimpa benda yang jatuh mendapat hasil paling besar 12,54 dan pada peringkat terbawah pada pekerjaan jatuh/terpeleset karena lantai licin sebesar 3,45. Dan pada analisa risk matrix terdapat 2 pekerjaan yang tergolong high risk yaitu, pekerja tertimpa benda yang jatuh dan pekerja melakukan pekerjaan tanpa ijin.

The development of construction at this time is very fast when we review in terms of building construction technology. The possibility of work accidents on construction work required to implement a safety and health management system (K3) at the location of the workers.

This project could also lead to high levels of workplace accidents, workplace accidents seen from the report of February 2014 - March 2015 there were 6 accidents of work.

There is also the purpose of this study is to identify risk K3, provide an assessment of the risks K3, and provide risk control measures against K3 on the project activities venetian grand apartment in the lagoon Sungkono Surabaya. This type of research is qualitative and descriptive research, the scope of the existing research on the apartment project venetian lagoon grand Sungkono Surabaya.

The results were obtained from the questionnaire that has been given to the respondent that the builders. Results processed through risk index, the index of the risk of workers falling objects falling achieve the greatest amount at 12.54 and the lowest rankings on the job fall / slip due to slippery floor of 3.45. And the risk analysis matrix, there are 2 jobs that are categorized as high risk, namely, workers hit by falling objects and workers do the job without permission.
