PENGARUH TINGGI PEMOTONGAN PROFIL (H) TERHADAP KEKUATAN LENTUR CASTELLATED BEAM BUKAAN BELAH KETUPAT (RHOMB) UNTUK STRUKTUR BALOK

Abstract

Profil baja WF 150.75.5.7 dibuat menjadi castellated beam dengan lubang bukaan belah ketupat. Penelitian ini dibuat benda uji dengan ukuran panjang masing – masing benda uji 1,5 meter dengan lubang yang berbeda – beda, untuk melihat kecenderungannya. Ukuran yang dibuat berbeda pada masing – masing benda uji adalah tinggi pemotongan profil (H) yaitu, h₁=45mm, h₂=55mm, h₃=65mm, h₄=75mm, h₅=85mm, h₆=95mm dengan lebar pemotongan 10 mm. Tinggi pemotongan profil (H) yaitu, h₁=55mm, h₂=65mm, h₃=75mm, h₄=85mm dengan lebar pemotongan 50 mm. Seluruh benda uji akan diuji kelenturannya untuk mengetahui tinggi pemotongan profil yang optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, tinggi pemotongan profil (H) 45 mm dengan lebar pemotongan (e) 10 mm, memiliki momen lentur terbesar yaitu 450.45 kN.m dan tegangan lentur terbesar yaitu 356.17 N/mm². Sedangkan, tinggi pemotongan profil (H) 65 mm dengan lebar pemotongan (e) 50 mm memiliki momen lentur terbesar yaitu 450.45 kN.m dan tegangan lentur terbesar yaitu 391.05 N/mm².

WF steel profile 150.75.5.7 made into a castellated beam with openings rhombus. This study was made of the specimen test with a length of each 1.5 meter. The specimen test with different holes, to see the trends. Sizes are made different on each specimen is a height cutting profile  (H), is, h₁ = 45 mm, h₂ = 55 mm, h₃= 65 mm, h₄ = 75 mm, h₅= 75 mm, h₆ = 95 mm with a cutting width of 10 mm. Height cutting profile (H), is, h₁ = 55 mm, h₂ = 65 mm, h₃ = 75 mm , h₄ = 85 mm with a cutting width of 50 mm. The entire specimen will be tested flexibility to determine the optimum of height cutting  profile. The results showed that, cutting height profile (H) 45 mm with cutting width (e) 10 mm, has the largest bending moment is 450.45 kN.m and largest bending stress is 356.17 N / mm2. Meanwhile, cutting height profile (H) 65 mm with cutting width (e) 50 mm has the biggest bending moment is 450.45 kN.m and largest bending stress is 391.05 N / mm2
