ANALISA PRODUKTIVITAS KELOMPOK KERJA PADA PEMASANGAN GENTENG ATAP METAL DI PROYEK PERUMAHAN

Abstract

Produktivitas kelompok kerja dalam pekerjaan pemasangan genteng atap metal di proyek perumahan sangat dibutuhkan oleh para kontraktor, konsultan maupun owner dalam membuat rencana anggaran biaya. Skripsi ini meneliti produktivitas kelompok kerja dalam pemasangan genteng atap metal dan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas pada pembangunan perumahan di sekitar wilayah Surabaya. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua pembangunan perumahan yang menggunakan genteng atap metal milik Developer PT. Kokoh Anugerah Nusantara, yaitu perumahan Puri Kokoh di Tambakagung-Mojokerto dengan type 38/72 sebanyak 16 rumah, perumahan Griya Kokoh di Sooko-Mojokerto dengan type 38/72 sebanyak 9 rumah, dan perumahan Puri Kokoh di Kedamean-Gresik dengan type 48/72 sebanyak 8 rumah. Untuk menghitung besarnya produktivitas, digunakan perhitungan hasil kerja rata-rata tiap hari dari para kelompok kerja yang terdiri 1 tukang dan 2 pekerja setelah dikonversi tiap kelompok kerja. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan terhadap 3 kelompok kerja yang menghasilkan rata-rata produktivitas luasan genteng atap metal yang dihasilkan berbagai variasi tentang tinggi pasangan genteng dengan berbagai hasil yang berbeda. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas menggunakan uji Analisis Faktor. Dari metode tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap produktivitas adalah cuaca dan site.
Dari hasil variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh besar terhadap produktivitas dibentuk model Produktivitas dengan metode kuadrat terkecil kriteria sebagai berikut: Y = 2,060 X2 – 0,230 X3 + 0,657 X7 + 2,857.

Working group productivity on metal roofing tile at a housing project is really needed by the contractor, consultant and owner in budgeting. This thesis analyzes the working group productivity on metal roofing tile and the factors which affect to the productivity at housing project development arround Surabaya. The population of this research is all of housing project development which uses metal  roofing tiles belong to the developer PT. Kokoh Nugerah Nusantara. Those are a housing project Puri Kokoh at Tambakagung-Mojokerto  with type 38/72 as much as 16 houses, a housing project Griya Kokoh at Sooko-Mojokerto with type 38/72 as much as 9 houses, and a housing project Puri Kokoh at Kedamean-Gresik with type 48/72 as much as 8 houses. To calculate the productivity volume, average daily work result calculation is used of each working group consisting of 1 skilled workers and 2 labors after being converted each working group. The researcher does the observation on 3 working groups who achieve average produvtivity of metal roofing tile at various range of heights with various results. The way to know the factors which affect the productivity is using Factor Analysis. From that method, it can be concluded that wheater and site are the factors which have the most affect aon the productivity. From the variables which have the most affect towards the productivity, we can form productivity model by using least squares criterion as follows:
Y = 2,060 X2 – 0,230 X3 + 0,657 X7 + 2,857.
