PRODUKTIVITAS ALAT BERAT PADA PEKERJAAN PENGURUGAN DAN PEMADATAN DI PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN APARTEMEN 88 AVENUE SURABAYA

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengurugan dan pemadatan pada proyek pembangunan apartemen 88 avenue Surabaya bertujuan untuk membentuk landscape dan sebagai tempat produksi pekerjaan struktur gedung. Pada proyek ini dibutuhkan alat berupa dumptruck, excavator, bulldozer, dan vibrator roller.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis. Analisa yang dilakukan adalah perhitungan produktivitas alat berat dengan cara pengolahan data waktu siklus hasil observasi di lapangan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan alat excavator memiliki produktivitas terbesar 579,20 m3/hari, alat bulldozer memiliki produktivitas terbesar 533,45 m3/hari, alat vibrator roller memiliki produktivitas terbesar 749,35 m3/hari, dan alat dumptruck memiliki produktivitas terbesar 40 m3/hari.Kata Kunci:Excavator, Waktu Siklus, Produktivitas.
ABSTRACTComposting and compaction on the contruction project of 88 avenue Surabaya aims to form a landscape and as a production site for building structural work. This project requires heavy equipment such asdumptruck, excavator, bulldozer, dan vibrator roller.This study uses descriptive analytical methods. The analysis carried out is the calculation of the productivity of the heavy equipments by processing data cycle time results of observation in the field.
