ANALISIS BIAYA DAN WAKTU PEMBANGUNAN RUSUN PAKAL SURABAYA MENGGUNAKAN METODE TIME COST TRADE OFF (TCTO)

Abstract

Cost and time are two factors that have a strong relationship that can affect the success rate of a construction project. To overcome the ineffectiveness of time and cost, an analysis is needed that provides an alternative to compressing the work network called Time Cost Trade Off Analysis (TCTO). The purpose of this research is to see the most effective time of the Rusun Pakal Surabaya project. The method used is TCTO analysis by adding overtime 3 hours. The calculation results obtained that adding overtime is 228 days with a total project cost of IDR22,418,103,375. From the results of the TCTO analysis, the executing contractor has the advantage of saving 22 days and costs of IDR47,625,789 without reducing the technical specifications of the project that has been contracted.
