SCHEDULING AND ALLOCATION OF LABOR FOR THE PROJECT OF STAGE 1 CONSTRUCTION OF MUHAMMADIYAH HOSPITAL GRESIK

This study aims to analyze the scheduling and labor allocation of the Stage 1 Construction Project of Muhammadiyah Hospital Gresik. In its execution, the project encountered an imbalance in workforce distribution, affecting time efficiency and increasing the risk of delays. The methods used include the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) for scheduling and resource levelling to balance labor allocation. Data analysis was carried out using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel. The results showed that prior to resource levelling, the project duration reached 475 calendar days with daily labor fluctuations ranging from 5 to 86 workers. After applying resource levelling, the project duration was reduced to 370 calendar days with a more balanced workforce distribution of 7 to 46 workers per day. The implementation of these methods proved effective in improving labor efficiency and supporting the smooth execution of the overall project.
