Road construction requires essential materials such as aggregates, asphalt, and fillers. To support energy efficiency and environmentally friendly technology, Warm Mix Asphalt (WMA) has become an alternative to Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) as it allows lower production temperatures. This study aims to determine the effect of adding Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) on the Marshall characteristics of WMA mixtures with cement as filler. The method used was a laboratory experiment with EVA content variations of 0%, 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, and 6% by asphalt weight. The Marshall test was conducted to obtain parameters such as stability, flow, VIM, VMA, VFA, and Marshall Quotient (MQ). The results showed that EVA improved stability and MQ up to an optimum level, while flow and VIM decreased. The optimum EVA content was found at 5% with a stability value of 1174.89 kg, flow of 2.8 mm, VIM of 4.74%, VMA of 16.80%, VFA of 71.79%, and MQ of 419.60 kg/mm. EVA addition enhances the resistance to plastic deformation, while cement as filler contributes to increasing the mixture's density and inter-particle bonding.
