PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KEGIATAN SISWA (LKS) BERBASIS LITERASI GEOGRAFI PADA KD 3.7 MENGANALISIS MITIGASI DAN ADAPTASI BENCANA ALAM DI KELAS X IIS SMA NEGERI 1 TAMAN SIDOARJO

Berdasarkan indeks nasional, tingkat minat baca masyarakat Indonesia hanya 0,001, sedangkan rata - rata indeks tingkat minat baca di negara - negara maju berkisar antara 0,45 hingga 0,62. Hasil survei UNESCO pada 2011, indeks tingkat membaca masyarakat Indonesia hanya 0,001% (El Fikri, 2015:1). Menindaklanjuti permasalahan tersebut, diterbitkanlah Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 23 Tahun 2015 tentang Penumbuhan Budi Pekerti (PBP) di sekolah diantaranya pembiasaan mengembangkan potensi diri peserta didik secara utuh. Program ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yakni, penumbuhan minat baca, meningkatkan kemampuan literasi melalui kegiatan menanggapi buku pengayaan, dan yang meningkatkan kemampuan literasi di semua mata pelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan LKS siswa yang layak, mendeskripsikan respon siswa terhadap LKS berbasis literasi geografi dan mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan LKS berbasis literasi geografi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) mengacu pada model ADDIE. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan lembar kegiatan siswa. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X IIS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IIS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol di SMA Negeri 1 Taman. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi RPP, lembar validasi bahan ajar dan materi, tes hasil belajar (pre test, post test), angket respon siswa, serta lembar kegiatan siswa berbasis literasi geografi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan LKS berbasis literasi geografi sangat layak dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar geografi pada materi Menganalisis Mitigasi dan Adaptasi Bencana Alam. Penilaian ahli bahan ajar di lihat dari segi kelayakan kegrafikan sebesar 96%, segi kelayakan tampilan sebesar 90%, segi kelayakan bahasa sebesar 90%. Penilaian ahli materi dari segi kelayakan isi sebesar 85,71%. Respon siswa kelas eksperimen setelah diberikan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan LKS Berbasis Literasi Geografi sebagian besar memberikan respon yang baik dengan penilaian dalam segi tampilan sebesar 96,57%, segi materi sebesar 95,92%, segi penggunaan bahasa sebesar 94,29%, serta aspek manfaat LKS sebesar 89,52%. Hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen memiliki rata - rata nilai pre test dan post test sebesar 54,06 dan 88,06. Hasil belajar kelas kontrol memiliki rata - rata nilai pre test dan post test sebesar 62,65 dan 80,71. Hasil nilai pre test dan post test terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar sebesar 34 di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol 18,06.

Abstract
Based on national index, reading interest level of Indonesia people is around 0,001, whereas average of reading interest level in developed countries is around 0,45 to 0,62.UNESCO Survey result also shows that reading interest of indonesia people is equal to 0,001% (El Fikri, 2015). Ministry of Education and Cultures published policy number 23 in the year of 2015 about the emergence of good character at schools, such as elaboration of self potential completely. This program consisted of three phases, they are; to grow reading interest, to increase literacy capability through book improvement, and to escalate literacy capability in all lessons. This reasearch aimed to expand proper student worksheet, to describe students’ response and to know the difference of learning result using geographical literacy.
This research used Research and Development (R&D) refering to ADDIE model. The type of this research was student worksheet development. The subject of this research were student of X IIS 1 class as an experimental class and students of X IIS 2 class as a control class. The researcher used some intruments, such as lesson plan validation sheet, teaching material validation sheet, pre test and post test sheet, questionnaire, and geographical literacy student worksheet.
The result of this research showed that Geography literacy worksheet was very eligible in using as geography teaching material especially in Analysis of Natural Disaster Mitigation and Adaptation material. The assement result teaching material expertise showed that result of student worksheet graph eligibility value was 96%, display eligibility value was 90%, and language eligibility value was 90%. The result of assement by subject expertise showed that eligibility of worksheet content was 85,71%. Student response in class X IIS 1 as experimental class after study showed that all of student had a good response and had display criteria value of 96,57%, worksheet present value was 95,92%, language criteria value was 94,92%, and worksheet beneficial criteria value for the student 89,52%. Experimental class pre test and post test average value was 54,06 and 88,06. Control class had pre test and post test average value was 62,65 and 80,71. From the result above, it shows that there are differences between pre test and post test value of experimental class and control class 34 in experimental class, and 18,06 in control class.
