PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS PERUSAHAAN PT. KUDA INTI SAMUDERA SURABAYA

ABSTRAK
Salah satu faktor penting yang harus ada dalam perusahaan adalah faktor sumber daya manusia, karena sumber daya manusia memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja karyawan terhadap produktivitas perusahaaan PT. Kuda Inti Samudera. Jenis Penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Kuda Inti Samudera Surabaya. Populasi pada penelitian ini 300 karyawan sedangkan sampel sebanyak 30 orang karyawan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah memberikan quisoner kepada 30 karyawan PT. Kuda Inti Samudera.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan persamaa Y=a+bX+e. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data,maka diperoleh nilai yaitu: 1) variabel Gaji (X1) memiliki nilai t hitung 2,978 > t tabel 2,052 dimana besarnya nilai taraf signifikan (sig) 0,006 < taraf kepercayaan 0,05 (α = 5%),dengan besar pengaruhnya yaitu sebesar 40,8%; 2) variabel Jam Kerja (X2) memiliki nilai t hitung 2,485 > t tabel 2,052 dimana besarnya nilai taraf signifikan (sig) 0,020 < taraf kepercayaan 0,05 (α = 5%),dengan besar pengaruhnya yaitu sebesar 33,4%; 3) variabel Kenaikan Jabatan (X3) memiliki nilai t hitung 2,701 > t tabel 2,052 dimana besarnya nilai taraf signifikan (sig) 0,012 < taraf kepercayaan 0,05 (α = 5%),dengan besar pengaruhnya yaitu sebesar 38%; dan 4) variabel Pelatihan Karyawan (X4) memiliki nilai t hitung 1,234 < t tabel 2,052 dimana besarnya nilai taraf signifikan (sig) 0,229 > taraf kepercayaan 0,05 (α = 5%),dengan besar pengaruhnya sebesar 17,7%. Dari penelitian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Kuda Inti Samudera Surabaya di Kawasan Pelabuhan Perak Timur adalah variabel Gaji (X1).

One important factor that must exist in the enterprise is the human factor, because human resources plays an important role in determining the survival of a company. This study aimed to determine the effect of employee motivation on the productivity of firms PT. Core horse ocean. This research is quantitative descriptive type. This research was conducted at PT. Core horse Surabaya Ocean. The population sample of 300 employees while 30 employees. The methods used to collect the data is giving quisoner to 30 employees of PT. Core horse Samudera.Teknik data analysis is a simple linear regression analysis with the equation Y = a + bX + e. Based on the results of the data analysis, the obtained values are: 1) Salary variable (X1) has a t value 2.978> 2.052 t table where the value of the significance level (sig) 0.006 <0.05 confidence level (α = 5%), with large effect is equal to 40.8%; 2) Hours variable (X2) has a t value 2.485> 2.052 t table where the value of the significance level (sig) 0.020 <0.05 confidence level (α = 5%), with a big influence that is equal to 33.4%; 3) variable Position increase (X3) has a t value 2.701> 2.052 t table where the value of the significance level (sig) 0.012 <0.05 confidence level (α = 5%), with the greatest effect by 38%, and 4) Employee Training variable (X4) has a t value 1.234 <2.052 t table where the value of the significance level (sig) 0.229> 0.05 confidence level (α = 5%), with the greatest effect at 17, 7%. From the study it can be concluded that the most dominant variables affect the productivity of employees of PT. Core horse Ocean Port Perak Surabaya in East Region Salary is variable (X1).
