Jatirejo district, Mojokerto Regency is one of the areas in East Java which is prone to landslides. Factors of slope, soil type, height of areas, rainfall and land use are factors that influence the occurrence of landslides in Jatirejo, Mojokerto Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of landslide vulnerability levels in Jatirejo District, Mojokerto Regency by using maps. This type of research used a descriptive quantitative approach.

In the mapping process, each parameter has a score classification and weighting that has been adjusted to geographic conditions and conditions in the field, then the multiplication results of the scores and weights are added to determine the classification of landslide hazard levels in Jatirejo District, Mojokerto Regency based on geographic conditions.

The results showed that Jatirejo Subdistrict. From the results of the research shows that there are 7 villages that are very prone to landslides.
