ANALISIS KONSENTRASI PARTICULATE METER (PM) 10 DI DKI JAKARTA

Rata-rata konsentrasi Particulate Matter (PM) 10 di DKI Jakarta Juni tahun 2020 sebesar 295,8 µg/m3. Nilai PM10 di DKI Jakarta berada di atas baku mutu dari WHO  (World Health Organization) yakni sebesar 150 µg/m3. Konsentrasi PM 10 di atas baku mutu berdampak pada kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis konsentrasi PM10 di DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG).

Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi. Dokumentasi yang digunakan adalah konsentrasi PM10 dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup DKI Jakarta bulan Oktober 2019 – Maret 2020, dan bulan April - September musim kemarau tahun 2020. Base Map menggunakan peta penggunaan lahan dari Google Earth pada bulan Januari tahun 2020. Analisis pemetaan yang dilakukan menggunakan program ArcGIS 10. Sebaran polusi udara menggunakan konturing.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencemaran PM10 tertinggi sebesar 371-380 µg/m3 pada musim kemarau di SPKU DKI 4 di Jakarta Timur, sedangkan SPKU DKI 1 Jakarta Pusat dan SPKU DKI 5 Jakarta Barat memiliki nilai terendah sebesar 330-340 µg/m3. Pencemaran PM10 tertinggi musim hujan ada di SPKU DKI 2 di Jakarta Utara sebesar 281-290 µg/m3, sedangkan SPKU DKI 1 Jakarta Pusat  dan SPKU DKI 3 Jakarta Selatan memiliki nilai terendah sebesar 230-240 µg/m3. Ada penurunan PM10 ketika musim hujan sebesar 1% namun nilai PM10 tetap melebihi ambang batas baku mutu.

Abstract

The average concentration of Particulate Matter (PM) 10 in DKI Jakarta in June 2020 was 295.8 μg/m3. The value of PM10 in DKI Jakarta is above the quality standard of WHO (World Health Organization) which is 150 μg/m3. Pm 10 concentrations above quality standards have an impact on health. The purpose of this study was to analyze the concentration of PM10 in DKI Jakarta using Geographic Information System (SIG).  

This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used is documentation. The documentation obtained is in the form of primary data on PM10 concentration from the DKI Jakarta Environment Agency in July-December 2019 rainy season, and January-June dry season in 2020. Every year the PM10 average will be taken in each SPKU location. Secondary data used are land use maps from Google Earth in July 2019 and January 2020. Mapping analysis was carried out using the ArcGIS 10. The distribution of air pollution using contours.

The results showed that pm10 pollution was highest at 371-380 μg/m3 in the dry season at SPKU DKI 4 in East Jakarta, while SPKU DKI 1 Central Jakarta and SPKU DKI 5 West Jakarta had the lowest value of 330-340 μg/m3. The highest PM10 pollution of the rainy season is in SPKU DKI 2 in North Jakarta at 281-290 μg/m3, while SPKU DKI 1 Central Jakarta and SPKU DKI 3 South Jakarta have the lowest value of 230-240 μg/m3. There was a decrease in PM10 during the rainy season by 1% but the pm10 value still exceeded the standard quality threshold.
