Abstrak
Persentase rata-rata pencapaian akseptor aktif KB di Kecamatan Kauman selama kurun waktu 2001-2011
sebesar 93,53%. Persentase ini masih kurang bila dibandingkan dengan kecamatan-kecamatan lain di
Kabupaten Ponorogo yang rata-rata pencapaiannya di atas 95%. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa
kecenderungan tingkat partisipasi akseptor pasangan usia subur terhadap program KB di kecamatan
Kauman belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi
partisipasi Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) dalam program KB dan untuk mengetahui faktor manakah yang
paling berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) dalam program KB di Kecamatan
Kauman Kabupaten Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian survey dengan rancangan penelitian
Cross Sectional. Lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Kauman Kabupaten Ponorogo. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah pasangan usia subur di Kecamatan Kauman sebanyak 8665 pasangan. Sampel
responden di Kecamatan Kauman sebanyak 390 orang ditentukan dengan simple random sampling.
Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program
SPSS 16.0 for windows. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh menggunakan
uji chi square, sedangkan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh menggunakan uji regresi
logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji chi square menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang
signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan (p=0,029), paritas (p=0,000), tingkat pengetahuan ber-KB (p=0,000),
usia perkawinan (p=0,002), pendapatan (p=0,000), dan status pekerjaan (p=0,000) terhadap partisipasi
dalam program KB di Kecamatan Kauman. Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara usia pertama KB
(p=0,729) dan jarak pusat layanan KB (p=0,158) terhadap partisipasi akseptor dalam program KB di
Kecamatan Kauman. Hasil analisis dengan uji regresi logistik berganda variabel yang paling berpengaruh
secara signifikan terhadap partisipasi dalam program KB adalah pengetahuan dalam program KB
(p=0,000).

Abstract
The average percentage of active acceptors of family planning programs achievement in Kauman District
during the 2001-2011 amounted 93.53 %. This percentage is less when compared to other sub-districts in
Ponorogo regency that the average achievements over 95%. This illustrates there is a tendency exsist in
Kauman sub-district thatfertile couple which accept family planning programs in Kauman yet to be
maximized. Purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence participation of Eligible
Couples (EFA) in the family planning program and to determine which factors most affect the
participation of Eligible Couples (EFA) in the family planning program in the District Kauman
Ponorogo. This type of research is survey research with cross sectional research design. Research sites in
the District Kauman Ponorogo. The population in this study are couples of childbearing age in 8665 as
District Kauman partner. Sample of respondents in the district as many as 390 people Kauman
determined by simple random sampling. Data collection technique used quetionery and documentation.
Data analysis technique used SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The statistical test used to determine the influence
of using the chi square test, whereas to determine the most influential factors using multiple logistic
regression. The Result with the chi square test showed that there was a significant effectbetween the level
of education (p = 0.029), parity (p = 0.000), the level of knowledge of family planning programs (p =
0.000), age of marriage (p = 0.002), income (p = 0.000), and employment status (p = 0.000) for
participation in the family planning program in the District Kauman. There is no significant effect
between age of first participation in family planning (p = 0.729) and family planning service center
distance (p = 0.158) to the acceptor participation in family planning programs in Sub Kauman. Results of
multiple logistic regression analysis with multiple variables that most significantly affect participation in
the family planning program is a levelknowledge of family planning programs(p = 0.000).
