PENGARUH UMUR, JENIS KELAMIN, PEKERJAAN, TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, TINGKAT PENDAPATAN, KONDISI SANITASI RUMAH DAN PERSONAL HYGIENE TERHADAP KEJADIAN PENYAKIT TB PARU DI PUSKESMAS WISMA INDAH KECAMATAN BOJONEGORO KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

Abstract

One of the infectious diseases that is still a serious problem is pulmonary TB. One of the areas in East Java with the number of cases of pulmonary TB, namely Bojonegoro Regency which occupies Bojonegoro ranks fifth with a prevalence rate of 0.43 from the 2018 East Java Health Ministry data. Wisma Indah Public Health Center, Bojonegoro District, has data on the number of cases of pulmonary TB with the highest percentage value of 13.1% of a total of 35180 cases all cases of pulmonary TB in Bojonegoro Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of age, gender, occupation, education level, income level, home sanitation conditions and personal hygiene on the incidence of pulmonary TB in the Wisma Indah Health Center Work Area, Bojonegoro District, Bojonegoro Regency. The type of research used is the type of survey research. The research design used was case control. The case subjects consisted of 51 patients with pulmonary TB disease and the control subjects were 51 residents who were not sick with pulmonary TB by matching the distance from home to the Wisma Indah Public Health Center in Bojonegoro District. The data analysis technique used in this research is using the chi-square test. The results of the analysis of the chi-square test showed that age, education level, income level and home sanitation conditions did not have a significant effect on the incidence of pulmonary TB. While the variables that have a significant influence on the incidence of pulmonary TB in the Wisma Indah Health Center Work Area, Bojonegoro District, are the work variable (p=0.015) and the OR value is 3.5. Education variable (p=0.042) and OR value 2.5. Variable smoking habit (p=0.000) and OR value 7.1. The variable of healthy living habits (p=0.046) and the OR value of 2.8.
