Mata air Sumber Suko merupakan sumber air baku utama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air penduduk Dusun Biting. Sayangnya beberapa tahun belakang daerah sisi tenggara dan timur bagian atas mata air Sumber Suko mulai dibangun warung-warung makan dan juga digunakan sebagai tempat tinggal. Hal tersebut ditakutkan dapat mengganggu kualitas mata air. Kebutuhan air bersih yang semakin meningkat setiap harinya akan mempengaruhi kecukupan air yang tersedia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kualitas dan kecukupan mata air dalam memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih penduduk Dusun Biting.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menguji kualitas air di laboratorium berdasarkan standar baku mutu Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 32 Tahun 2017. Kecukupan airnya dihitung berdasarkan ketersediaan air yang di hasilkan oleh mata air dan kebutuhan air penduduk.

Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas mata air Sumber Suko relatif sudah memenuhi standar baku mutu kualitas air bersih untuk keperluan domestik menurut Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 32 Tahun 2017. Namun pada kandungan Fluorida mata air Sumber Suko sudah pada ambang batas yaitu 1,5 mg/l dan mata air terindikasi mengandung bakteri Total Coliform dengan jumlah 27 CFU/100ml. Pada kecukupan airnya, mata air Sumber Suko terbilang sangat cukup untuk memenuhi air bersih penduduk dalam satu hari. Sisa kecukupan air sebanyak 798.508 liter/hari masih dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih penduduk Dusun Biting hingga 346 tahun ke depan.

Abstract

Clean water has an important role for life whose quality and quantity must meet clean water standards. Sumber Suko spring is the main source of raw water to meet the water needs of Biting Hamlet residents. Unfortunately, in the past few years, food stalls have been built on the southeast and east sides of the upper part of Sumber Suko spring and also used as residences. It is feared that this could disrupt the quality of spring water. The need for clean water that is increasing every day will affect the adequacy of available water. This research was conducted to analyze the quality and adequacy of springs in meeting the clean water needs of Biting Hamlet residents.

This study used a quantitative descriptive method by testing water quality in the laboratory based on the quality standards of the Minister of Health Regulation No. 32 of 2017. Water adequacy is calculated based on the availability of water produced by springs and the needs of the population.

The results of the analysis show that the quality of Sumber Suko spring water relatively meets the quality standards of clean water quality for domestic use according to the Minister of Health Regulation No. 32/2017. However, the fluoride content of Suko Source water is already at the threshold of 1.5 mg/l and the spring water is indicated to contain Total Coliform bacteria with 27 CFU/100ml. In terms of water adequacy, Suko Spring is sufficient to provide clean water for the population for one day. The remaining water sufficiency of 798,508 liters / day can still meet the clean water needs of Biting Hamlet residents for the next 346 years.
