DAMPAK PENGEMBANGAN WISATA KAMPUNG COKLAT TERHADAP KONDISI SOSIAL EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DESA PLOSOREJO KECAMATAN KADEMANGAN KABUPATEN BLITAR

Kampung coklat merupakan salah satu wisata di Kabupaten Blitar tepatnya di Desa Plosorejo Kecamatan Kademangan yang hingga saat ini terus mengalami pengembangan. Setiap tahunnya wisata ini tidak pernah mati atau sepi untuk didatangi pengunjung, namun semakin ramai apalagi saat musim libur sangat banyak wisatawan yang datang baik dari dalam kota maupun luar kota.  Meningkatnya jumlah pengunjung pada objek wisata kampung coklat secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak yang ditimbulkan dari adanya pengembangan wisata kampung coklat terhadap kondisi ekonomi dan dampak pengembangan wisata kampung coklat terhadap kondisi sosial masyarakat.

Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data primer dan sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 60 responden yaitu masyarakat Desa Plosorejo yang memiliki usaha di kawasan wisata dan masyarakat yang menjadi pekerja di wisata kampung coklat dengan pengambilan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menskor jumlah hasil dari penelitian.

Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan 1) pengembangan wisata kampung coklat berdampak positif terhadap kondisi  ekonomi masyarakat desa Plosorejo, ditinjau dari pendapatan masyarakat meningkat, pendapatan yang diterima masyarakat rata rata perbulan dari yang sebelumnya Rp 698.500 menjadi Rp 2.219.616, hal tersebut karena adanya peningkatan jumlah kesempatan kerja. 2) pengembangan wisata kampung coklat berdampak positif terhadap kondisi sosial masyarakat desa Plosorejo, seperti hubungan sosial masyarakat semakin baik, berubahnya pola berpikir masyarakat menjadi semakin maju, kondisi keamanan dan kebersihan lingkungan meningkat.

Abstract

Chocolate village is one of the tourist attractions in Blitar Regency, specifically in Plosorejo Village, Kademangan District, which is currently continuing to experience development. Every year this tourist attraction never dies or is quiet for visitors, but it gets busier, especially during the holiday season, lots of tourists come from both within the city and outside the city. The increasing number of visitors to the Chocolate Village tourist attraction indirectly affects the socio-economic conditions of the surrounding community. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of developing brown village tourism on economic conditions and the impact of developing brown village tourism on the social conditions of the community.

This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods by utilizing primary and secondary data. The population of this study was 60 respondents, namely the people of Plosorejo Village who have businesses in the tourist area and people who work in the brown village tourism area using saturated sampling. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique by scoring the number of research results.

The results of the research show 1) the development of brown village tourism has a positive impact on the economic conditions of the Plosorejo village community, in terms of the increase in community income, the income received by the community on average per month from previously IDR 698,500 to IDR 2,219,616, this is due to an increase in the number of opportunities Work. 2) the development of brown village tourism has a positive impact on the social conditions of the Plosorejo village community, such as better social relations in the community, changes in people's thinking patterns to become more advanced, security conditions and environmental cleanliness improve.
