Abstrak

Menurut undang-undang RI No 14 tahun 2005 dalam Depdiknas 2004 pemerintah memberikan pengakuan kepada seseorang yang telah memiliki kompetensi untuk melaksanakan pelayanan pendidikan pada satuan pendidikan tertentu atau yang biasa disebut dengan sertifikasi. SMP Negeri Kota Bojonegoro memiliki 7 sekolah negeri, dari ke tujuh sekolah tersebut memiliki kualitas yang berbeda hal ini di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Faktor-faktor tersebut bisa pendidik (guru) atau bisa juga perangkat pembelajaran serta media pembelajarannya. Guru yang dimaksud dalam hal ini adalah berkaitan dengan status guru tersebut apakah sudah sertifikasi atau belum, jika sudah bersertifikasi tentu guru tersebut sudah memiliki syarat menjadi guru yang professional, guru yang professional tentunya  memiliki kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran. Jika hal tersebut sudah baik tentu tujuan pemerintah memberikan sertifikasi kepada guru untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan terlaksana dengan baik.     

                Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Bojonegoro Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri kota Bojonegoro sebanyak 1772. Sampel responden di Kecamatan Bojonegoro sebanyak 100 siswa ditentukan dengan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antar variabel menggunakan uji chi square, sedangkan untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling berhubungan menggunakan uji regresi logistik berganda.

                Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis dengan uji chi square menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara perangkat pembelajaran yang berupa silabus (p=0,044), RPP (p=0,044), Buku paket/ penunjang (0,034), media pembelajaran IPS Geografi (p=0,034) terhadap hasil belajar IPS Geografi kelas VII SMP Negeri kota Bojonegoro. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi guru dan LKS. Hasil analisis dengan uji regresi logistik berganda variabel yang paling berhubungan secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPS Geografi kelas VII SMP Negeri Kota Bojonegoro adalah silabus dengan nilai (p=0,008).

Abstract

According to the national constitution No. 14 of 2005 in the Ministry of Education 2004, goverment has acknowledged a recognition for someone who already has the competence to carry out the education in particular educational unit or commonly called certification . Bojonegoro has 7 public junior high school, from all seven schools have different qualities it is influenced by several factors . These factors can educators ( teachers ) or it could be a learning equipment and learning media . The teacher in question in this case is related to the status of the teacher if it is certified or not , if it is certified that the teacher would already have qualified to be a professional teacher , professional teacher of course has a complete learning equipment . If it is already done of course the government's aim to provide certification for teachers is to improve the quality of education.

This type of research is survey research with a cross-sectional study design. Location of the study is in the District Bojonegoro of Bojonegoro . The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Bojonegoro as much as 1772. The sample of respondents in the District of Bojonegoro as many as 172 students were determined by simple random sampling . Questionnaire data collection techniques and documentation . Analysis using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The statistical test used to determine the relationship between variables using chi square test , while to figure out the most related variables using multiple logistic regression .

The results of this study indicate that the chi square analysis showed no significant effect of learning equipments in the form of a syllabus ( p = 0.044 ) , RPP ( p = 0.044 ) , book package / support ( 0.034 ) , instructional media Geography IPS ( p = 0.034 ) to the results of class VII social science Geography results of SMPN Bojonegoro. There is no significant relationship between teacher competence and worksheets . Results of logistic regression analysis with multiple variables most significantly related to the outcome of class VII social studies Geography Bojonegoro Junior High School is the syllabus with the value ( p = 0.008)
