KAJIAN PERBEDAAN KARAKTERISTIK PERSEBARAN PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA DI KAWASAN OBYEK WISATA MALIK IBRAHIM ASMORO QONDI DI DESA GESIKHARJO KECAMATAN PALANG KABUPATEN TUBAN

Abstract

Pembangunan terminal bus wisata di kawasan obyek wisata Malik Ibrahim Asmoro Qondi di desa Gesikharjo
Kecamatan Palang kabupaten Tuban, memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap tumbuhnya aktifitas pedagang
kaki lima yang tersebar di keenam lokasi usaha di kawasan obyek wisata ini. Sehingga menimbulkan tumbuhnya
kelompok pedagang yang memiliki ciri dan warna yang berbeda.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui
perbedaan karakteristik pedagang kaki lima di keenam lokasi di kawasan obyek wisata Malik Ibrahim Asmoro
Qondi (2) mengetahui perbedaan omzet pedagang kaki lima di setiap lokasi dagang di kawasan obyek wisata
Malik Ibrahim Asmoro Qondi. (3) mengetahui perbedaan omzet pedagang kaki lima di setiap lokasi dagang di
kawasan obyek wisata Malik Ibrahim Asmoro Qondi. (4) mengetahui jenis barang dagangan yang paling laku
terjual di setiap lokasi dagang di kawasan obyek wisata Malik Ibrahim Asmoro Qondi. Jenis penelitian ini
adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pemilihan daerah lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive
yaitu di Desa Gesikharjo Kecamatan Palang Kabupaten Tuban. Penentuan jumlah sampel diambil dengan
menggunakan formula morgan. Metode pengambilan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.
Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan karakteristik pedagang dan untuk mengetahui
jenis dagangan yang paling laku adalah dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan
omzet pedagang dan keuntungan digunakan analisis dengan SPSS yang menggunakan One Way Anova. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat adanya perbedaan karakteristik pedagang di keenam lokasi di
kawasan obyek wisata Malik Ibrahim Asmoro Qondi (2) terdapat adanya perbedaan yang signifikan omzet
pedagang di setiap lokasi dagang di kawasan obyek wisata Malik Ibrahim Asmoro Qondi.(3) terdapat adanya
perbedaan yang signifikan omzet pedagang di setiap lokasi dagang di kawasan obyek wisata Malik Ibrahim
Asmoro Qondi.(4) jenis dagangan yang paling laku di Dekat Jalan Raya Gresik adalah nasi sebanyak 40%, di
Dalam Terminal adalah makanan dan minuman instan sebanyak 42%, di Sepanjang Jalan Timur Terminal
adalah nasi sebanyak 100%, di Sepanjang Jalan Desa di adalah buah dan aksesoris sebanyak 44%, di
Sepanjang Jalan Gapura Masuk Makam adalah jajanan dan oleh-oleh sebanyak 64%, dan di Halaman Masjid
Besar adalah makanan dan minuman instan sebanyak 67%.

Abstract

The construction of a bus station in the tourist attractions of Malik Ibrahim Asmoro Qondi in Gesikharjo village
sub district Tuban Cross, giving great influence to the growth of the activities of street vendors scattered around
six business locations in the area of tourism. Giving rise to a growing group of traders that have characterized
and different colors.This research aims to (1) know the difference characteristics of street vendors in six
locations in the tourist area of Malik Ibrahim Qondi Asmoro (2) know the difference in turnover street vendors
at each location in the tourist trade Malik Ibrahim Qondi Asmoro. (3) knowing the difference in turnover street
vendors at each location in the tourist trade Malik Ibrahim Qondi Asmoro. (4) find out the type of merchandise
sold well in most any location in the tourist trade Malik Ibrahim Qondi Asmoro. Type of this research is a survey
of the quantitative approach. The selection of the location of the research carried out at the village of purposive
Gesikharjo Sub District Tuban Cross. Determination of the total sample taken using a formula to morgan. Data
retrieval method with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques were used to
determine differences in the characteristics of the merchants and to know the types of merchandise that
bestseller was a descriptive analysis with quantitative and for knowing the difference in turnover and profit
traders used the SPSS Analysis by using One-way Anova. The results showed that (1) there is no difference in the
characteristics of the traders in the sixth location in the tourist area of Malik Ibrahim Asmoro Qondi. (2) there is
no significant difference in turnover the merchant trade in each location in the area of tourism Qondi Asmoro
Malik Ibrahim.(3) there is no significant difference in turnover the merchant trade in each location in the area of
tourism Qondi Asmoro Malik Ibrahim.(4) the types of merchandise that bestseller near Highway Gresik is rice
as much as 40%, in the Terminal is instant food and drink as much as 42%, along the Road East of the Terminal
is rice as much as 100%, along the road in the village is the fruit and accessories as much as 44%, along the
Arch of the Entrance is the tomb of hawker and gift shop as much as 64%, and in the courtyard of the Great
Mosque are instant food and drink as much as 67%.
