Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dengan Teknik Giving Question and Getting Answer Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Elastisitas Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bluluk Lamongan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah dilakukan pembelajaran koopreatif tipe STAD dengan teknik Giving Question and Getting Answer terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas pada materi elastisitas, dengan mengamati respon siswa pada pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan teknik Giving Question and Getting Answer. Jenis penelitian  menggunakan true eksperimental design. Populasi penelitian adalah  seluruh siswa kelas X–Mia SMA Negeri 1 Bluluk. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas eksperimen dan satu kelas kontrol yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil pretest ranah pengetahuan dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Berdasarkan pada  analisis uji normalitas dan homogenitas pada ranah pengetahuan, maka diperoleh semua kelas terdistribusi normal dan homogen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t dua pihak didapatkan t_hitung  kelas  eksperimen  dan kelas kontrol adalah 5,79 dengan nilai t_tabel  sebesar 2,00, maka  hipotesis diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen berbeda dengan kelas kontrol karena t_hitung  tidak berada pada –t_tabel< t_hitung < t_tabel  Nilai pada uji-t satu pihak kelas eksperimen sama dengan t_hitung pada uji-t dua pihak dengan t_tabel   sebesar 1,67.  Hasil ini  menunjukan rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih unggul daripada kelas kontrol karena t_hitung>t_tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif  tipe STAD dengan teknik Giving Question and Getting Answer meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika siswa pada materi elastisitas. Dari angket respon yang telah disebar diperoleh 51,4% menyatakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD dengan teknik Giving Question and Getting answer sangat menarik.

Abstract

The purpose of the research determined  the learning outcomes from learning by cooperative model type STAD with Giving Question and Getting Answer on the elasticity topic by response of the students. This research used a true experimental design. The population was the entire 10^th grade MIA SMA Negeri 1 Bluluk. The sample were two experimented classes and one controlled class that selected by random sampling.The pretest result analyzed with normality and homogeneity test.Based on the analysis tests of normality and homogeneity, all classes were normal distribution and homogeneous. Based on the results of two-tailed t-test obtained t_count experimented class and control class is 5.79. t_table value was 2.00. So the hypothesis was accepted. It showed the average results of learning outcome experimented class was better than controlled class because t_count not on –t_table <t_count <t _table. The value of one sample t-test experimented class equally with of two tailed t-test with t_table value was 1.67. It showed the average learning outcome of experimented class was better than the controlled class because t_count> t_table. The other results showed that cooperative model type STAD with Giving Question and Getting Answer improved learning outcome in elasticity topic, student response got 51.4% said that cooperative model type STAD with Giving Question and Getting Answer was very interesting.
