Important Announcement: Implementation of Article Processing Charge (APC) Starting September 2026
Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers,
To maintain the quality of our publication services, strengthen our digital publishing infrastructure, support professional editorial management, and ensure broader open access to research in electrical engineering and related fields, JTE (Jurnal Teknik Elektro) will implement an updated Article Processing Charge (APC) policy.
Starting from the September 2026 issue onwards, manuscripts accepted for publication in JTE will be subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC) based on the authorship category as follows:
Article Processing Charge (APC):

All Indonesian Author(s): IDR 750,000.

Indonesian Author(s) with International Co-Author(s): IDR 300,000.

Authors affiliated with Electrical Engineering, Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Students and Lecturers): IDR 300,000.

All International Authors: IDR 0 (Free of Charge).
