Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines

 Author should first register as an Author through the address: https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/baradha/submissions. Author should fulfil the form as detail as possible, especially where the star marked form must be entered.

  • The manuscript is written in Indonesian or English. The type is an essay with subtitles at any of its parts, except in the introduction and methods. The title is printed in Capitalize Each Word, centre text position, 20 pts font size, and using Times New Roman font style.
  • Originality is a must, and the manuscript has never been published in any media before.
  • The systematic of writing:

The paper original research articles, review articles, and performance analysis, which our focus and scope includes:  literature, culture and local wisdom, linguistics, and Javanese philology or manuscripts and javanese language teaching.

It consists of Title, Author Name, Email Address, Abstract and Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References. The title consists of max 14 words in Indonesian or 10 words in English, with 20 pts font size.
The different subtitle is written in different font style and not using numbers on the title section. The first level in uppercase at all, bold, and align text to the left. The second level, capital in the first letter, bold, italic, and align text to the left.

  • The authors name is in bold, 12 pts font size, without academic degree and title of honour. The address of the institution and email address are included and written under the title, font size 11 pt. If the author are more than 4 persons; all names are listed.
  • Abstract ranges from 100 to 200 words, both written in English and Indonesian.
  • Keywords are based on the content of the article written below the abstract and the content of articles.
  • References that are not cited in the article could be listed in the reference if the citation is suitable to the content of the article. References must consist of 80% of relevant and current primary sources (journal articles or conferences of the last 5-10 years). References must be written in APA style and using Mendeley Software.
