PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA SISWA (LKS) TERINTEGRASI DENGAN PHET UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA PADA MATERI FLUIDA DINAMIK
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Siswa yang layak dan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada siswa SMA dengan menggunakan PhET sebagai laboratorium virtual. Tiga aspek yang menentukan kelayakan LKS yaitu validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Uji coba LKS menggunakan rancangan one group pre-test post-test design. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan hasil penelitian, validitas LKS tiap aspek yaitu kelayakan isi 80,00%, kebahasaan 95,00%, sajian 88,00% dan kegrafisan 97,50% dengan kategori sangat valid. LKS memenuhi syarat kepraktisan, karena hasil keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada setiap pertemuan terlaksana dengan persentase 96,15%-100,00% dengan kategori sangat layak dan respon siswa terhadap LKS positif dengan persentase 76,15%-88,46% dengan kategori baik dan sangat baik. LKS juga memenuhi syarat efektif karena siswa yang belajar menggunakan LKS terintegrasi PhET 92,31% tuntas dan peningkatan rata-rata n-gain 0,66 dengan kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil diatas LKS terintegrasi dengan PhET yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir siswa.

Abstract
This study aimed to develop good worksheet for student and to improve critical thinking skill for student’s high school using PhET as virtual laboratory. Three aspect that influence quality of student worksheet is validity, practicability, and effectiveness. ADDIE model was applied in this research. This study used one group pre-test post-test design method. Based on analyses and discussion of the result, the validity of students worksheet were content 80.00%,, linguistic 95,00%, presentation 88,00% and graphic 97,50% with very valid category. Student worksheet was practicability, because the lesson plan can be done with percentage 96,15% -100,00% in very strong category and students positive respond for student worksheet with percentage 76,15%- 88,46% in good and very good category. Student worksheet was effectiveness, because student that using student worksheet integrated with PhET can passed the exam with percentage 92,31% and improve critical thinking skill of student with average score 0,66 in medium improvment category. Based on th result above student worksheet could use to improve critical thinking skill
