Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian produk yang layak berdasarkan validitas dan kepraktisan instrumen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah ADDIE yaitu analysis, design, develop, implement, and evaluation. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode validasi dan observasi dengan teknik analisis yaitu analisis hasil validasi analisis hasil keterlaksanaan penilaian dan analisis hasil penilain produk. Subjek penelitian ini adalah instrumen penilaian yang dikembangkan dan penerapannya sedangkan subjek uji coba adalah siswa kelas XI MIA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Geger Madiun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian produk dalam Kurikulum 2013 pada materi pemanasan global ditinjau dari validitas memperoleh kriteria sangat valid dengan persentase kevalidan sebesar 91,6%. Kepraktisan instrumen dapat dilihat dari hasil observasi lembar keterlaksanaan penilaian dan diperoleh skor rata-rata 3,86 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Keefektifan instrumen dapat dilihat dari kompetensi keterampilan siswa mendapatkan nilai A- dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 100%.

Abstract
This research was aimed to produce the instrument of product assessment which is proper based on validity and the instrument practicality. The type of the research was an ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The Method of collecting data whch used for this research was validation and observation by some technical data analysis, those are validation result, assessment visibility result and product asessment result analysis. The subject of the research was assessment instrument which develped and its applicaton while the subject of experiment was student class of XI MIA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Geger Madiun. The result showed that the instrument of product assessment in 2013-curriculum at global warming subject based on validity was excellent categorized with the value of percentage validity 91,6%. The instrument practicality gotten from learning visibility observation sheet and the average 3,86 score with excellent categorized. The effectiveness of the instrument could be seen fro student skill competence got A- score with the value of classical completeness 100%.
