PENERAPAN PEMBERIAN TUGAS TERSTRUKTUR DALAM MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkan pemberian tugas terstruktur dalam model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pre-experiment dengan rancangan penelitian one group pre-test post-test design. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X-MIA 1, X-MIA 3, dan X-MIA 4. Hasil pre-test dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Berdasarkan uji normalitas dan homogenitas, didapatkan hasil bahwa semua kelas terdistribusi normal dan homogen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh analisis keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan analisis hasil belajar siswa. Analisis keterlaksanaan pada pertemuan pertama, kedua, dan ketiga tergolong pada kategori baik. Analisis hasil hasil belajar siswa yang meliputi tiga aspek yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap siswa diperoleh rata-rata nilai hasil belajar kelas X-MIA 1, X-MIA 3, dan X-MIA 4 berturut-turut sebesar 83, 88, dan 87, sehingga hasil belajar ketiga kelas tersebut dinyatakan tuntas. Hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkan pemberian tugas terstruktur dalam model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD yang dianalisis menggunakan n-gain. Adapun kriteria peningkatan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas X-MIA 1 mengalami peningkatan dengan kriteria sedang, siswa X-MIA 3 dan X-MIA 4 mengalami peningkatan dengan kriteria tinggi.

Abstract
This research aims to describe learning materialization and learning outcomes of the students following the provision of structure task in STAD type of cooperative learning model. This reaserch uses pre-experiment with one group pre-test post-test design. The targets in this research are students at class X-MIA 1, X-MIA 3, and X-MIA 4. Result of pre-test then was analyzed by using normality and homogenous tests. Based on the tests, results indicate that all classes are normal and homogenous distributed. Based on the research result, obtained the learning materialization analysis and students learning outcomes analysis. The analysis of materialization for the first, second, and third meeting are belonging to the good category. Based on analysis of learning outcomes consisting three aspects that is knowledge, skill, and attitude obtains mean value in class X-MIA 1, X-MIA 3, and X-MIA 4 are 83, 88, and 87, so it can be declared complete. The students learning outcomes also increased after followed the provision of structure task in STAD type of cooperative learning model then analized by n-gain. The criteria for improvement among others, X-MIA 1 with sufficient criteria, X-MIA 3 and X-MIA 4 with high criteria.
