Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis level literasi sains siswa setelah dilakukan pembelajaran model Guided Discovery (GD). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental dengan rancangan one-group pre-test post-test design menggunakan 1 kelas eksperimen dan 2 kelas replikasi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode validasi, tes dan angket. Metode analisis data yaitu dengan analisis validasi perangkat, analisis hasil pretest dan posttest, analisis keterlaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, dan analisis respon siswa. Peningkatan literasi sains siswa dianalisis dengan n-gain score.: (1) keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran Guided Discovery (GD) dengan kategori seuai dengan sintaks; (2) Tingkat literasi sains siswa meningkat dengan kategori sedang; (3) Respons siswa menunjukkan persentase tinggi dengan kriteria baik. Dengan demikian maka penerapan model pembelajaran GD dapat meningkatkan tingkat literasi sains siswa.

Abstract
This research aims to analyze students scientific literacys level after given guided discovery learning model. The type of research is pre-experimental and it form one-group pre-test post-test design with 1 experimental class and 2 replication classes. Data collection methods by using method validation, test and question form. Methods of data analysis with the analysis results analysis, device validation pretest and posttest analysis of the implementation activities, learning, and analysis of student response. The increase ability skills of science process students analyzed with n-gain score. The result of this research indicated that: (1) Feasibility of GD learning model obtain value in good result; (2) Students scientific literacy level gotten better than before applied GD learning model with medium classification; (3) Students response show high percentages with excellent category. Thus, implementation of GD learning model can increase student’s scientific literacy level. The problems of this study are the limited “time”, some of groups have not understood the procedures of the activities because they are not accustomed to applied Guided Discovery (GD).
