Pengembangan Alat Peraga Pengukuran Jarak Bintang dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Materi Tata Surya untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Sains Peserta Didik Kelas VIII
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan alat peraga pengukuran jarak bintang dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik yang telah dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model penelitian ADDIE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Validasi kelayakan alat peraga pengukuran jarak bintang dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik memperoleh nilai modus kriteria validasi yang sangat baik atau layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. (2) Setelah melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan alat peraga dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik, ketercapaian keterampilan proses sains peserta didik dalam melaksanakan kegiatan laboratorium memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,27 dengan predikat B. Sedangkan, hasil peningkatan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik berhasil meningkat dari nilai rata-rata sebesar 2,05 menjadi 3,12 yang didukung skor gain hasil pre-test dan post-test sebesar 0,62 dan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan melalui uji-t. (3) Peserta Didik memberikan respon yang positif terhadap alat peraga dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik yang dikembangkan dengan rata-rata persentase penilaian sebesar 96,30% dan 92,66%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat peraga pengukuran jarak bintang dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik yang dikembangkan layak dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran yang berguna untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik.

Abstract
This study aims to describe the feasibility of the star distance measurement props and the student worksheet that has been developed to enhance the student’s scientific process skill. This is a development research using ADDIE research model. The research result shows that (1) the feasibility of the star distance measurement props and student worksheet scored an excellent moe of validation critera or feasiable in learning. (2) After following the learning process by using the props and the student worksheet, the attainment of the learner’s scientific process skill in carrying out laboratory activities obtained an average of 3.27 with B predicate. While the result of the learner’s scientific process skills enhancement has successfully increased from the average value of 2.05 to 3.12 that has been supported by the score gain result of pre-test and post-test by 0.62 and underwent significant improvement through test-t. (3) The Learner gave positive response toward the props and the worksheet that has been developed with the average assessment point of 96.30% and 92.66 %. Thus it can be concluded that the star distance measurement props and the student worksheet that has been developed is viable to be used as learning media to enhance the science process skills of the learners.
