Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing Untuk Melatihkan Kemampuan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Kelas XI SMAN 1 Kalianget

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap kemampuan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing merupakan rangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses berpikir kritis dan analisis untuk mencari dan menemukan sendiri jawaban dari suatu masalah yang dipertanyakan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di SMAN 1 Kalianget dan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy experiment dengan jenis one group pre-test post-test design. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis uji-t dua pihak didapatkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa yang menerapkan pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil analisis uji-t satu pihak menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa yang menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing lebih baik daripada kelas yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Respons siswa terhadap pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing lebih baik daripada pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract
This research aims to describe differences of guided inquiry learning model on the ability of student’s critical thinking skills. Guided inquiry learning is a series of learning activities that emphasize critical thinking and analysis process to seek and find their own answer to a problem that is questionable. The research population is student’s class XI at SMAN 1 Kalianget and research design used is quasy experiment with the type of one group pre-test post-test design. Based on the results of studies using t-test analysis showed that the two parties there are differences in student’s critical thinking skills that apply guided inquiry learning with conventional learning. The results of t-test analysis of the parties indicate that student’s critical thinking skills that apply guided inquiry learning model is better than using a conventional teaching class. The response of students to the guided inquiry learning is better than conventional learning.
